The food was good, but they are in need of some serious help for the servers. They only had one girl working about 10 tables on a Saturday night by herself and she was completely overwhelmed. I heard a lot of people complaining about how slow it was. We were there for 20 minutes before we even got our menus or a glass of water, and then there was another girl standing by the hostess stand and was doing nothing except looking at her phone. I guess she couldn't take any orders or get water for people. I felt sorry for the only server there because she was running from table to table apologizing to people. It was a shame because the food was good but they are severely understaffed ever since it changed hands, I liked it better when it was Bella's

First time eating here since new ownership. Pizza was horrible. No taste. Fettuccine Alfredo was buttered noodles. Other food was not good either. Used to be great local food spot. Now it’s garbage. No effort.

I will never eat here upon walking to the Entrance 1 evening 2 rats ran across my feet is Keith. The interior was dirty it smelled moldy the the silverware was full of caked food. Clearly the new owner has no clue what it means to run an upscale Italian restaurant. Also I saw a young lady quit immediately after screaming at him that the owner had touched her inappropriately

One of the most disappointing meals ever. We were very excited to try the Mexican menu.We started with chips and Pico de Gallo. These were good. Crispy chips and fresh Pico. For dinner we ordered chicken fajitas and American style beef tacos. These dishes were terrible. Nothing had any Mexican seasoning. The tacos were plain ground beef that was very dry in a soft shell. Being "American style " we expected crispy shells.The fajitas were brought out sizzling on a hot plate. Off to a great start! Nothing else came out with it. No tortilla shells, or sour cream or the Mexican rice and refried beans. When we asked,our server said that was all the cook gave her. !!!!! Eventually our server brought out tortillas and rice and beans. The rice and beans were cold and tasteless. We told our server about our disappointment but a manager never stopped by to check in. We will not be back. Our bad for staying in an empty restaurant to begin with.

Would leave no star if I could. Some of the worst food I ever had and I’m by no means a picky eater. Would rather eat a gym sock before going here again.

We went there Wednesday for my granddaughters birthday, we will never go back there again, it was the worst experience ever. First of all the smell was horrible, they were under water from the last storm, that should never have been open untill that was cleaned up.

This is a hidden gem! It's BYOB , portions are big enough to share, food was really good, taste fresh and was hot. The mussels were super tasty(appetizers) I had the seafood pasta and had lot of tasty seafood. Pasta was made perfectly. Service was great, very attentive . Give it a try!
The scallops were perfect. The fresh ingredients used made all the difference

We stopped in for a quick midday lunch. The calamari salad was outstanding, fresh and bright with a lemon vinaigrette dressing. Street tacos were double-husked with lots of character in the roasted pork, and the guacamole was very smooth but not too thin. Service was fast and friendly, too. Ella's was a great find, easily accessible, and definitely a place to grab a bite!
