I didn't even want to give this 1/2 star.In all three people were working there. The one that waited on me was not wearing a mask. To show me the wraps to choose from, he held one of them near his face. His co workers, were wearing their masks. My sandwich preparer not wearing a mask did bother me, but I didn't say anything as since the others were wearing theirs. This made me feel that they would of course tell him to mask up. He started my wrap and then passed it off another employee to finish the sub. But the exposure had happen. Since there were other customers behind me, I ended up purchasing it, even though feeling uneasy about it. I thought that perhaps I was worrying too much.However by the time I came home and after discussing with with a few people, I couldn't trust eating it and threw it out. Perhaps in hind sight I should of asked him to put a mask on, and start over with a new wrap etc., Still his co workers wore their masks and he should of known better. So this became a bad experience, a waste of my money, and now I don't see myself eating at Subway for a long time.

The employees are dirty, touching everything and then touching food between glove changes. I spent $22 on sandwiches for my children and I and had to throw everything out as soon as we left the location in Hellertown. I reached out to receive some form of acknowledgement for the horrible experience that we had at the Hellertown Subway but was dismissed. Very dissatisfied and disappointed by Subway.

Once again it's back to slow service and the workers more worried about everything else then the line of people. The main manager stands and watches and rings people up instead of helping the crew. Actually looks hesitant to even do that. Like she shouldn't be even doing that. I've already seen 6 people behind the counter and 2 only helping customers. I have stopped going before and this will stop me again. Cost me my lunch. Cost a lot of people there lunches. I've seen people walk out instead of waiting. Today the line was 4 deep and the manager came out to clean up an area that was cleaned up already...pathetic.If your in a rush stay away for sure. I waited a total of 17 mins to get my sandwich made and pay

Subpar service. The product has gotten a little better since the new franchisee took it over, however no "renovations" occured as planned during their two month absence (along with my other store in Coopersburg). But all in all, its a great store, good sandwiches, good atmosphere.

Me and a group of coworkers went here for lunch. We have a late lunch so it was during the 3:00 lull. There was maybe 1 other customer in the restaurant. Some people had packed their own lunches, but we like eating together. So we all met up at subway. After half of us had ordered food we were approached by a lady (I'm assuming the manager) who told us that it was unacceptable for the outside food to be in her restaurant. She was polite and kind and said we could finish eating today but wouldn't tolerate it next time. She said it looked bad to her other customers (what other customers?). WHAT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. We were planning on eating at this subway for the next couple days for lunch, but wont be returning. What a loss for them. You're better off to eat at chick fil a where they offer to get you a water cup even if you don't order any food. Not great management.

Horrible service. Gave then 3 chances now. The employees are beyond slow. I remember when there was a 16 year old girl, working with the last owners, that literally could make 6 sandwiches to their 1. Pathetic, don't even think about coming here when they are busy

I ordered a catering tray from another store when i showed up that store had closed down and never gave me a heads up. I called the 800 number they transferred it to this store however when i showed up thru received it. I spoke with the employees and they stopped everything and made the order on the spot saving the day. I made to tio them well and they should be acknowledged for their friendliness, courtesy and professionalism. Thank you for saving the day
