My sub was good but difficult to order. I will second the comment about 17 confused employees behind the counter with no clear division of labor. Most of them looked like it was their first day on the job. 3-4 employees could have run the show. The guy slicing meats asked what I wanted on it, then the girl standing in front of veggies asked what I wanted on it, then the guy asked again. I love Jersey Mike’s. It’s a good sub, Shop. However, you had 13 employees on April 10 at 7 PM. It took them forever to make a sandwich. They didn’t say anything till I asked them if they could please take my order. With that many employees I would suggest that they wipe tables pick up things around, but no one seem to have that kind of attitude that that might need to be taken care of. We have been waiting for a Jersey Mike's to come to our area. They have one of the best sandwiches around. It makes it nice to order your food online and them stop in and pick it up. Also the people working here are really friendly and professional helping you out. Try them out I don't think you'll be disappointed.
