Highly recommend using the get in line tool online to minimize your wait. This place is very busy especially on the weekend. Yummy brunch cocktails but the food misses the mark. I will say the griddle options like waffles and pancakes are fine. For the money, they don’t give you much of the main entree and they fill your plate with sides like seasoned potatoes. I’ve been here a few time and noticed the seasoned potatoes are never fully cooked and are still hard. Service is okay, I think because of how busy it is, you won’t get an attentive waiter. My daughter drank her juice before the food came out and wasn’t offered a drink for the rest of the meal. Overall I think this place is okay. I would recommend going to the Rising Sun which is a 10 minute drive from here for better quality breakfast/brunch food.

Our potatoes were not completely cooked and were hard in the middle, the sausage gravy was very good but didn’t come with enough for the portion of biscuits. I’d avoid peak times as the place is very small and gets extremely crowded, but is nice on the inside. Our waitress was good but seemed overworked.

The service here is always outstanding. They have no trouble fulfilling complicated special requests, such as substituting different cheese in a sandwich and leaving out the onions. That shows most food is truly made to order. They handle all sizes of parties, from solo customers to family groups with kids and grandparents. Sometimes it is a little noisy when they are busy, but if you enjoy people-watching that won't be a problem.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free choices are availableParking: Closest parking is a parking garage. You have to cross a sometimes busy street get from the garage to the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: They have kid friendly food selections & high chairs. Staff have no problems serving parties with multiple small children.Wheelchair accessibility: All on one level, but the space between tables is tight. Restroom access hall is ample.

One of our favorite places to grab breakfast. There are plenty of healthier options on the menu for breakfast at First Watch as well as some of the more traditional breakfast combinations. It is clear that they use fresh and high-quality ingredients. I love the fresh preserves they serve with your toast and especially the chicken apple sausage! They are not kidding when they say their pancakes are large. Plan to arrive early if you don't want to wait for a table because they can fill up fast after 8am.

We were on a family trip to Hershey PA from Buffalo NY. A party of 11 at two different and separated tables, 6 adults at one table and 4 kids and 1 adult at a second table. We had different servers but it was a seamless experience and we finished at the same time.I ordered the Farmhouse Hash skillet with scrambled eggs, avocado, bacon, tomato, potato and onion with a side of multi grain bread and strawberry jam. It was really good, but I could not finish all of it.My mom shared a piece of her lemon ricotta pancakes. Those were so delicious!Kid-friendliness: Kids menu with activities on it.

Very nice lil place trying to make a difference in eating a little more healthy and apparently it's a hot spot as there were some periods of wait times. Looks like the main breakfast spot for the downtown Hershey area.

First watch has amazing breakfast option. The ambience and people are so lovely I could give a 10 star. All the love from Canada. We tried the waffles, it was so fluffy soft and came with a in house blue berry jam, which was the best taste I have ever had.My kid 10 yr old tried the Choco chip pan cake from kids menu, which was also yum.The wait period is there hence will suggest to book ahead.❤️❤️❤️❤️Kid-friendliness: They had kids menu. For small kids the chair was also available. The kids menu comes with crayon to engage kids with coloring.

First watch definitely gets busy even on the weekdays but we had no problem being seated. Great food and our waitress, Stephanie, was amazing. I highly recommend grabbing brunch or breakfast here. Ask for Stephanie, she is wonderful!
