I went around 130 Saturday. Zero people behind the counter or in sight. Waited ten minutes and no one showed up. I could tell they were open because it was absolutely filthy on the griddle, sink, prep area, etc.. Went to some other places and came back about half hour later. Now 3 people were there. While waiting in line I saw no glove, no hats, no hairnets. Combine that with how it looked and we left. I guess that's two places they don't know how to run.

Well we never had an unfriendly experience at Longo's but we did have this, absolutely delicious cheesesteaks. So much so that whenever I come to visit my family in Hershey we make a point of coming here. I have found no better sandwich in town. In fact ate one two days ago. Try it. I promise you'll like it. While you are there stop for some fresh juice on the lower level, a mixed drink on the 2nd floor, a cookie at Taylor's and many other fun stores. We love the market.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! The food is phenomenal first off! Always delicious and my fave place at the fresh market. Staff is courteous, and fast! Portions are very generous. I am always telling people to try this when they are out in Hershey-you will not be disappointed. My husband loves it too, maybe even more than me! 100 stars!

Patronized them yesterday. The woman preparing the sandwiches, and the young man at the counter could not have been more sullen and unpleasant. They both behaved as if they didn't want to be there, and had absolutely no interest in future business. We asked for our sandwich to be cut in half. The young punk said, I'll give you a knife. SERIOUSLY? You're so lazy you can't cut a sandwich into two. I've never gotten a sandwich from a reputable establishment that hasn't cut a sandwich in half. They both acted as if they were doing everyone a favor by waiting on them.Unless circumstances change, and these two get over themselves, will NOT purchase anything from this vendor ever again.

Got the steak, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich.By far one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had.Usually even if I had something good, I’ll acknowledge it to myself and go on with my day.I personally had to walk back and tell Josh the owner, just how good his sandwich was.I will definitely be back!

Got the chopped cheese. Look, it was fresh, tasted great, loved the roll. But the construction and assembly was all wrong. It’s not difficult to get this sandwich right (thanks internet), so I’m not sure what happened. Onions weren’t cooked and mixed (chopped!) up with the meat, and the lettuce and tomato where on the bottom. Again, I enjoyed it, but get it right.

Went to the Hershey market no planning to eat but when I saw someone with the breakfast sandwich I couldn't say no. The bread was buttery and delicious. I really appreciate that they make the egg on a flatop rather than microwaving it like many places do. One of the best breakfast sandwiches in central PA

Visiting hershey, and I stumbled upon fresh market. Inside we ordered egg sandwiches, and to my surprise it was the best BEC i have ever had. I am originally from nyc where the talk of the town is who has the best bec… but this hands down was the best we ever had! Our nee go to spot when here.

I waited a year to come back and have the BLT and somehow it managed to be better than it was a year ago (at the other location). I also had some of my husband’s cheesesteak. Clearly I’d never had a real cheesesteak before. I never order them because I don’t particularly like them, until now! That was yesterday. Came back again today to try the chicken Philly and patty melt. I could just eat the rolls and sourdough. Feeling blessed. Life is short, eat at Longo’s.

So we love the chesesteak guy and we loved Longos... but they seem to close early too often for me to actually get one on a Thursday anymore. We were in around 4:20 yesterday and they were already closing becauae they were "slow", yet they would have sold 3 items had they stayed open. Eventually, people will just stop showing up assuming you're going to close early. Its a shame, because these are the best steak sandwiches in Hershey.

The tall gentleman who took our order was rude. When we asked to have our sandwich cut, he said no. I asked again and another nice lady came to cut our sandwich. The tall guy said we don’t want people to share so we dont cut the sandwiches. And he threw a plastic fork and plastic knife on our tray and well as threw some ketchup on top too.The last time I was there I had a tough time eating the sandwich, it was so big. It needed to be cut. The sandwich is delicious! But I left there feeling bad that we decided to share a sandwich.

Staff needs to work on their communication. I just got out of urgent care with my child and decided to stop in and get a sandwich. I wasn’t greeted when it was my turn to order and I was going to order 1 sandwich, I asked how long the wait was and employee stated “as long as it takes the food to cook” but quoted the customers in front of me 8-10 mins. I will not support your business. Extremely rude, staff needs to work on communication and should be thankful to be servicing the Hershey area.
