Quiet quitting in it's purest form. Staff is abysmal. Like dining in at a Walmart.

We stopped for ice cream and specialty coffees after play at Hershey theater. Staff is very good. The place is just a few tables and generally empty when we go. Parking is ok.

Well, It’s hard to give a review about the food when my husband and I stood for at least 15 minutes waiting to be seated while several employees just looked at us and turned their backs like they didn’t want bothered so we ended up going to a restaurant out of the Hershey Lodge for our dinner. Horrible service!!

We had wings, fries and a salad. The wings and fries had so much salt we couldn't eat it. The salad had too much dressing and it was soggy and soupy. The waitress was miserable and the hostess was on his phone when we came and when we left.

Food was awful. Tried it twice, hoping the first time was a fluke because it was so late. Went for lunch, just terrible. Waitress wasn't good either.

After waiting for 20 minutes without a waiter stopping by, I went to the hostess desk. I explained the situation and delay while other tables after us have received service. The hostess disputed what I was saying and said they’d be there eventually. After another few minutes, the waiter showed up as we were getting up to leave. We explained the situation and he basically said ok go. There was no explanation or care for the delay. Worst attitude and service I’ve ever received from any restaurant

As a former employee here’s the scoop. Most of the food is what you find at Hershey Park. The management here is miserable to staff and fighting with unionized workers. So staff are pretty miserable. The oil they cook with is called Whip. If they make your food with too much Whip expect to have a terrible night. Everything is mediocre, leave get a real meal at a cheaper price at other restaurants in town. Hershey already has your reservation money from your stay don’t throw it away on this poor food in the Lodge or their other properties

Lively and large sports bar. Our server Travis was friendly and readily available when we needed something. My husband and I both had burgers with fries. Most places serve burgers on brioche or a crusty roll (which I dislike) I appreciated that they use soft rolls for the burgers. Fries were crisp and not oily. Our food was served quickly. Great experience overall.

Very good food. Nice servers. Good varies on tap. Very convenient. Got food to take out, and it was very busy. But not bad for Presidents week

Attended a convention at Hershey Lodge where the restaurant is located. Prices are a few dollars higher than normal but because of location and recent worldly things prices are going up. The waitress (forget her name) was quick and straight to the point. Both wife and I got burgers that were cooked exactly how we asked. They were fantastic.Rodeo burger and Mac and cheese burger.I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Came to The Bears Den as a huge Bears fan wanting to experience the restaurant themed around the franchise. The food was just ok, nothing to write home about. Service was slow and the waitress always seemed to be no where in sight. We went that day because a Bears game was being played away in Canada and thought it would be fun to watch the game in that atmosphere while we had lunch. Don't plan to go here if you want to watch the game. Apparently the restaurant/company doesn't feel the need to invest $140 in AHLtv to air all the Bears games. One would think if your theme is a specific team you would have games on while they played, not the case here. We were told by what I can assume was a manager, who just sat down at our table like he was part of the family, that they can only show the games when they're "sold out and televised". We ended up watching the game on our cell phones while we ate. This restaurant is a let down if you're a Bears fan.
