My niece wanted to go here, my first time at any tropical smoothie. Wouldn’t have had a complaint- food was acceptable for the low price, except the cashier was offering free smoothies and I’m like ok, I’ll sign up for the app. I did and he goes, well it doesn’t look like it’s working on yours. Scanned the barcode, also didn’t get the points. It was whatever but my niece tries it on her phone after downloading the app and it shows up to redeem in cafe so we drive back and she goes back in and he says no, you have to order more food and turns away. We had just ordered well over the $5 minimum listed on the promotion and you tell a young kid that. Even she knows enough to ask me why they are lying. It felt like a scam to make a little extra from corporate or something and get our info. It was also odd with an older gentleman standing behind the cashier doing nothing the whole time but frowning.

Location does not bother checking online orders for completion. Don't bother ordering unless you are there to verify your products are complete or they will short you and blame the driver. This has been consistent.

I love coming to this location with my friends after yoga. The peanut paradise with whey protein and no sugar is my favorite. They’re launching açaí bowels soon that I got to try a sample of and they’re delicious! Definitely the perfect treat for a hot

Great Smoothie! I got the Paradise Point. They have a lot of options, for a good price! The only thing I'd say isn't perfect, is the time. Being in Hershey, businesses are expected to be on top of their game. We waited a little longer than I had expected, so that's my only real "complaint". As I said, the smoothies are GOOD though. =)
There is PLASTIC in all of their smoothies, beware people. They feel like tiny hairs if you really pay attention. I brushed it off for months thinking it was mango but it’s in all of them, & there is articles on this. Also, if you get a quesadilla, they barely put anything in it, I got a chicken quesadilla without the chicken (was still charged the same $6..) so the least they could do was put some more cheese in it. Both sides of the quesadilla had no cheese, was flat/dry, barely any in the middle. I felt scammed. This has happened more than once. It’s sad because I really liked this place! * Just added a picture of the plastic. Had to slowly drink it and individually take them out of my mouth ?

I like the smoothies. I just sub out sugar as an ingredient. They are a little slow for service but otherwise they are good smoothies. The place was clean inside.

I’ve been going here for a while due to it being in a great location. Lately the place has gone downhill and it gave me a chance to read other reviewers thoughts. Sadly, I agreed with them that customer service needs to step up. Dirty looks, substandard food, long lines, filthy bathroom, and watered down smoothies are not going to get you return customers. Tonight, I politely asked the staff to make a new smoothie for me because the one they made was chunky, watered down, and simply not as expected. It didn’t taste anything like mango and I didn’t want to risk getting sick. I got a blank stare and was told it wasn’t their fault. I told them that I come here often and I never had to complain about my orders. Same response and both servers started to ignore me. I left giving up my bonus points that I used to get my smoothie. Sadly this is probably the last time I visit this location. Other places in Hershey are opening and deserve our patronage. They simply want it more than this business.
