We love this cute and cozy cafe in the middle of Holland, PA. We usually bike there for breakfast or lunch and enjoy its family atmosphere. My son says it is one of the best cafes in our area!!! What a wonderful café! My friend and I had breakfast here today. It was absolutely perfect. Our server, Veronica, was so kind and helpful. The food was delicious. I had the strawberry and ricotta banana pancakes. I can’t believe I ate the whole thing. My friend had the flourish omelette. It was also delicious. So light and fluffy filled with cheese. One of my favorite parts was the tea that was served in a little teapot. Can’t wait to come back here again!

My husband and I ran across the Flourish Cafe when we were looking for bakeries. We have now been back 5 times for their delicious bakery items. Tonight we went for some pavlova, which is wonderful, a lemon meringue croissant and some macrons. Everything has been consistently amazing. The service is wonderful and the atmosphere is beautiful. I loved the specialty drinks we ordered as well. It was a great date night for us. We can’t wait to go back to try the dinner because everything looked great!
