When There With Family For a Quick Snack. We Ordered 2 Oreo Milkshakes, Corndog, Onion Rings, and Cheese Sticks. Upon Drinking the Milkshake I Noticed Pieces of the Cup Were In My Milkshake. The Milkshakes Were Doubled Cup, but I Didn't Think Anything of It Until I Started Spitting Out Pieces of the Cup. Also, the Onion Rings Tasted as if the Batter was Spoiled, and the Customer Service was Not Good. We Waited for a Long Time. I Reported This to the Corporate Office.
They employ only one person and make you wait too long, so I do not recommend it to anyone.

The people seem friendly, but they obviously dgaf about what they serve, what it looks like, or, as many have mentioned, how long it takes. It took forever for someone to take our order, and then took forever for the food to come out. There were three cars, that's it! The woman bringing out the food was dragging her Crocs and moving as slowly as molasses. None of our burgers had lettuce, the buns were all mashed flat, and the Hickory BBQ burger was drenched in sauce. The tatertots are nasty, like the cheapest frozen tots you get from the dollar store. The shake was just flavorless vanilla soft ice cream served in a cup and impossible to drink. What's the point of Sonic? They don't wear roller skates anymore, don't hang a tray from your car window anymore and just bring it out in a bag. Going through the drive thru would have been faster. I grew up with a Sonic near me back in the 80s, and it was hoppin' with music playing over speakers, fun, and good food. This place is a far cry from the original Sonic. It had been a long time since I went to one, and that was probably the last time ever - RIP old-school Sonic. Don't bother with this depressing place, in a depressing strip mall, in a depressing part of town. The food is cheap garbage.

Was told it was a 20 min wait because they were short staffed, can't think of a single menu item that would take that long to cook. Were clearly discouraging any customers at all, place was deserted, now i know why.

This sonic didn’t have carbonated drinks and only had slushes. It took 12 minutes to come and take me and my family’s order. I DO NOT WANT PEOPLE TO COME HERE. they forgot our order too and made us pay for something they forgot??? If you have a lot of patience this might be your place but it wasn’t for me and my family. They only had one waiter too and they were low on other stuff too. The food is alright but I don’t think it was the worth time to be there.

The worker was super nice but the food took forever and they were out of everything. They only had barbecue sauce and they were out of Coke and Spirit so we couldn't get any lime aids. We sat at the drive thru waiting to order for about 10

I have no idea what they're doing at this location. I placed a mobile order and it still wasn't ready after waiting there for 30 minutes. In that time frame, 4 other vehicles left the drive-thru due to similar circumstances. Customer service needs to be improved. Chick-Fil-A is the only fast food restaurant with quality service that makes you feel valued.

Asked for tater tots and a plain hotdog. They had us waiting 30 minutes and said it was because the fries were cooking and we told them we didn’t order fries we ordered tater tots. She changed them out and the tater tots were cold meaning we could have gotten our order faster if they paid attention. They confirmed our order of a plain hotdog twice and when we got home it had every single topping on top. I am determined the employees are purposefully messing up orders to sabotage this place based on the other reviews. A total joke.
