“my best friend's mother passed and I heard that nobody was bringing food to the funeral home they were going to be there all day from 2:00 till 8:00 at night I called around to a few places they were all booked nobody could squeeze me in I called the water front Giant eagle the gentleman put me on hold and checked with his manager and the manager said since it was such an emergency he was squeezing me in. the food was done on time it was perfect. “A few places I frequent are partnered with Panaderia Jazmin, and when I was in the vicinity of this bakery, I had to stop.All the pastries are kept in a self-serve display case. You grab a tray and tongs at the door, and then you fill up your tray with the pastries you want to take home. You hand the tray over at the register, and they package them up for you.I loved all of the items I went home with, and I look forward to stopping there again.“

“It is hard to get a truly homemade cake these days as many of the bakeries use a frozen base and just assemble them. This cake was handmade and perfect in every way! It was a surprise in every layer with the crunch from the chocolate topping to a fudgy middle, creamy delicious frosting and with a bouncy moist cake. So well done!“

Its menu includes breakfast pastries, cookies, cupcakes, rolls, specialty cakes (e.g., wedding, anniversary, birthday, and graduation), and even non-baked goods such as soups and espresso drinks. Prices are reasonable. For Easter, my family purchased a chocolate cake, a white cake, a strawberry pie, and lady-lock cookies from Patti's. My family members and I thought that these desserts were fresh and tasted good, but we prefer the flavors of desserts from a few other bakeries. I would feel happy to try many of Patti's other desserts, including her cinnamon rolls, pecan rolls, apple strudels, cold-dough apricot cookies, s'mores cookies, cheesecake, carrot cake, sfogliatelle, etcetera. Please note that some desserts must be ordered in advance, and catering is available.“

“That you go! Lots of delicious food, the selection of beans is fantastic and they are sold in bulk weight. The store is immaculate, and one of my favorite things is the double door system at the entrance which deters insects, varmints, and unsanitary conditions that come along with those. Oh, you can also watch the pitas being made through the glass wall as they come off the conveyor and get ready to come to your house.“

“We're visiting Pittsburgh and stumbled upon Georgie's during a walk. We came back today for breakfast and it was wonderful. The servers are very friendly. One went above and beyond by moving an additional outdoor heater closer to our table so we could each have one. They're very thoughtful and the food is delicious. I definitely recommend giving Georgie's a visit if you're in town.“

You haven't had a Donut unless you've tried one here, The Filling in their Bavarian Donuts and Jelly is legit the best quality I've had out of the dozens of bakeries I've tried through out the years the staff is also very nice!“

“It's like a little country niche where they offer huge homemade cookies, unique and well-known sandwiches, homemade soups, coffee, locally made goods, and unique gifts. The sandwiches are enough for two meals (at least for us). And they are made fresh when you order. There is one 2-seat table near the door and they don't mind if you eat right there in the shop. Additionally, they have many different strengths of bifocals to borrow so you can read the menu. I love this little shop!Parking: There are not many parking spots in the center, but I've never had a problem finding a space. Worst case: Park a little ways down the street and walk, but I doubt you will need to do this.“

The Tarte Au Citron is great if you want something that isn't too sweet - the tart and the lemon combination is delicious. There are also seasonal specials to look forward to. I've also ordered a few cakes from here and the process and pick-up is seamless.“

“I never heard of Brother Tom’s Bakery before but I ran into Cibrone Bakery and purchased these frozen Pieroghis, they were nice and fat so I lightly boiled them to defrost and lightly fried them with some butter, Vidalia onion and fresh green onion, salt, pepper and garlic salt. These were delish! I make homemade ones sometimes so it is hard to find good ones but these are amazing! Highly recommend, will be purchasing more! Yum!“

This place is a 50 minute drive from our home but their ability to make cakes beautifully, combined with how absolutely delicious it always is, totally makes it worth the drive. They also work with your needs and the orders are totally customizable. We’re always getting compliments about how good the cakes are and how good they look. I ordered the condensed milk loaf, twisted donut, plain buttercream bread, and the coffee bun.My favorite of the items was by far the coffee bun, which I was quite surprised by! It had nice, crispy edges full of sweet, but not too sweet, coffee flavor. The inside was soft and had hints of coffee as well. Overall, very good! And good portion for the price.The twisted donut reminded me of just a regular donut sprinkled with sugar. It wasn’t anything too special or extraordinary, but it was well made. The inside was soft, and it was very sweet.The plain buttercream bread was surprisingly not that sweet! The buttercream is quite rich and creamy. I will say, I would have liked a bit more of it, as the bread really dominated the flavor here. Still, great.I was a tad bit disappointed with the condensed milk loaf, but it was still great. I was expecting a bit more milky flavor and sweetness, but the hints of condensed milk are very light. The bread is still soft and fluffy, and a solid deal for the price.All in all, I really enjoyed this place. The desserts were all high quality and pretty fairly priced in my opinion. “I was there for a charity event. They had delicious snack type food. My chai tea was absolutely delicious. Service was great and everyone very friendly. Much of the historic charm of the building is intact. The only reason for a 4 on atmosphere was the music was a little too loud.“
