“We decided to try the Copper Crow for brunch on Sunday morning. The food was really tasty I had the hashbrown skillet with sausage gravy the wife had the rancheros skillet. We all so tried the egg bites which were excellent. The drinks where good The morning refresher was very well balanced. We were not sure how to dress for brunch considering it is a business casual restaurant. Upon arrival we were greeted by a hostess wearing what can only be described as a giant onesie. We were seated in the back near the kitchen where we had the pleasure of overhearing the young kid working complain how he doesn't like to work mornings. Our server was great very attentive but we did seem a little rushed with our check while my wife was still eating despite only having 4 tables filled at 10:30 am. I'd be willing to try it again for an evening dinner.“

“As always, the food was excellent. Our waitress was on point. Seeing the antiquity was awesome and it was well maintained.Everyone there, including the customers, were very nice and pleasant. This is why I proposed to wife some years ago, we had our wedding reception there and we make it a habit to go back whenever we can.Parking: Well lit parkig lot on the premises.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp to main entrance.“

“Went last week and had an amazing experience especially the assistance we received from our waitress and the pastry chef. I had the one of the special entrees of the day- duck breast and since I’m not drinking, their lavender lemonade was both cute and tasty. A little tart, but very lemonadey. My husband got a ton a stuff that I don’t remember, but he enjoyed every drink, appetizer ( it was a tuna bonbon special) and entree. I’ve driven past this place for years, so it was great to finally pop in. Added bonus, located in northwest Philly which is such an amazing part of the city.“

“Came here for a Valentine’s Day tasting menu and was blown away. My partner picked the restaurant and I went in blind, knowing nothing. Incredible experience. The food was outstanding and made right in front of us. Max is a wonderful chef who worked magic to provide an incredible tasting menu by himself. Will be going back, and bringing friends.A very clear example of “you get what you pay for”.“

“My boyfriend and I went there to celebrate our anniversary and it was amazing! The ambiance fits perfectly with the restaurant's name. The restaurant's back wall looks like the inside of a honeycomb; I couldn't stop staring at it! Jason, our waiter explained the menu so perfectly and offered suggestions. Our first course was The "Black Velvet" Oysters. I am not a big Oyster person, but I was blown away with the Guinness reduction; which complimented the Oysters perfectly. We also had The Wagyu Beef Tartar, had a rich, but not too overwhelming sweet flavor. Then, we had The Shrimp Martini, a unique pairing of Wasabi and sour apple guacamole. The combination of the sweet and spicy tied the meal together. Just a warning the bottom of the martini has the wasabi. Another spicy dish, the Crabshells was rich in flavor. The last meal, The Black Tea Glazed Spareribs paired with the Ginger ice cream was amazing. We will definitely be back to try more items on the menu.“

“Wonderful flavors and menu!!! My new favorite restaurant. They are halal and offer meals deals for those of us on a budget. The staff were welcoming and very helpful with choosing a meal. The baklava is probably the BEST I have ever had. The restaurant and restroom was super clean and free from clutter. I think my favorite part besides the food and how quick the staff worked was the many different cultures of people coming to pick up food or dine-in. The samosas were delicious and flaky with a nice green, cilantro-y sauce. The pita was fresh and went nicely with the hummus and garlic sauce. I was recommended to try the pineapple Barbican malt drink (non-alcoholic) which was sooo tasty and not overly sweet. The mango lassi was a bit sour, but I think that's because they don't add a ton of sweetener.“

“Valley Green is a great place for a special dinner — or just a night out somewhere different. The atmosphere is lovely. If the weather's nice enough, sit outside on the porch. Did and service are very good, and there is something for almost every price range. To top it all off, they make it clear which dishes are (or can be made) for those who are gluten-sensitive. All around, a great place for dinner!“

“McMenimin's is a terrific, very popular neighborhood bar/restaurant. It can be noisy, but if you sit in the back room, the noise is not too bad. We were there on a weeknight (Tuesday), and yet every table was filled by 7 o'clock. The food is better than one would expect for this kind of place. The fish and chips, chef's salad with portobello mushrooms and plant-based "cheeseburger" were all excellent. And portions were huge. The server was very pleasant. The reasons why this is 4 stars and not 5: No cocktail list at all and just a few not-so-great wines by the glass. And the entrees were served way before we were finished with the appetizers. They must have thought we had to catch a train. If you don't mind being rushed like crazy, then you might give McMenamin's 5 stars.“

“I was visiting town for work and stopped here for breakfast on my first day in town. Locals were friendly and welcoming as was the staff. I tried their cornbread and gravy biscuits. Was really good if different than I'm used to with southern biscuits and gravy.I had heard of scrapple before, and I tried the scrapple fries. Which is just fried sticks of scrapple. The outside was crunchy and the inside was cloud like. The taste was great. I plan on seeing if I can find scrapple when I get home to make some scrapple fries myself.“

“Please use RESY.com to find and reserve this wonderful space. They have had issues changing over from OpenTable to RESY, with OpenTable being the thorn in the process. Cost them some patronage when both engines said there were no tables available. Simply call them to confirm tables and times. You will not be disappointed.“

“Food was good. Atmosphere was nice for a visiting out-of-state police officer. Company stor offers a lot of Philly PD swag. Very "safe" environment. Will visit again the next time in town. Recommended for LEOs to add it to your list if in the area.“

“This is a fantastic brunch spot. Although they don't take reservations, we only had to wait a few minutes for a table to be arranged and cleaned. I ordered the crab Benedict, which featured perfectly poached eggs. The bread, thicker than a traditional English muffin, complemented the dish well. It was served with standard potatoes. The highlight was the Butter Pecan pancake with caramelized banana—possibly the best pancake I've ever had, though crispy edges would have made it even better. I also ordered orange juice, which was good but less impressive due to the pulp. Overall, I highly recommend this place for brunch and am looking forward to returning.“

“We always have a great experience at Genevieve's Kitchen. It is our "go to" spot for brunch. The hash and benedict are delicious. The truffle fries are always perfectly seasoned and a nice addition to any dish. We love that the menu is frequently updated with unique seasonal dishes. The chef/owner himself always comes to check on us, and the food. His welcoming personality matches the modern, homey atmosphere.“

“Stopped here for dinner tonight and enjoyed it! The hot roast beef was very tasty, and so was the rice pudding! My husband and I split an order of chili cheese fries, which were okay. The atmosphere was a little lacking- the place felt old and a little run-down, and everything was served on small plastic plates, which was a little cheesy. That being said, id still go back if I was really craving a roast beef sandwich!“

“We were seated right away on a Saturday night. Wasn't long before the waitress took our order and we had our drinks in front of us. A manager came to check on us because she said our waitresses was busy. I recommend any burger, they are great. Also try the wings. Overall great experience. Definitely going bck.“

“The food tastes fresh. Lots of interesting local stuff going on in here.. I would have gone 5 star but my last 2 platter orders were missing the red peppers, cucumbers and carrots.. I mean cmon that’s most of the fresh veggies that’s supposed to be included and no one told me they’re out.. unless the menu posted here 1 month ago has changed, was happy with what I got but disappointed in lack of fresh veg“

“whenever I am in Chestnut Hill I always say that I am going to try this restaurant. Well today I did and It did not disappoint OMG…. The restaurant is quaint and cute. The service was excellent and the food was very good. I ordered the broccoli quiche with turkey bacon on the side. That quiche is like none I have ever tasted, flaky crust and the filling reminded me of soufflé but much taster. I also brought 2 cups cakes carrot and coconut to go. I’m sure they are just as good. I can’t wait to go back because I hear there is a different quiche each week. This is my new breakfast place for sure.“

“So back when I used to be in the area frequently, I had heard horror stories about this place... but that was pre-COVID. Now, I don't see what the rumors were all about; place is clean and easy to find, parking is sizable, pretty spacious & can hold a large party (with call ahead reservations of course) and staff at the bar area were personable enough“

“Just went to the Grill. Food was good. Clam chowder very rich as it should be. Asian salad a little heavy on the dressing but good. The Clothes Pin cocktail was ok but not exceptional; the st germain liquor was less evident than I'd hoped for. Coffee was good.Warning. While there is a ramp up to the door, the actual dining room is down a significant wide spiral stairs. There are railings so it us managable by someone with some mobility.Wheelchair accessibility: While there is a ramp up to the door, the actual dining room is down a significant wide spiral stairs. “A beautiful restaurant with many menu choices. We reserved a table for 10 for our luncheon and were given a private glass enclosed room. I and several others ordered the avocado BLT which came with a small side salad. It was made fresh and was absolutely delicious. Others had the crab cake which was a generous portion and delicious as well. The deserts are presented in a small glass. We ordered peanut butter cake and key lime cake. It was just enough to top off our meal. The staff were friendly, polite and attentive. Thank you for a wonderful luncheon.“The ladies of Freedom Court”Parking: A stand alone restaurant with plenty of parking. Near 309 Cinema and Aldi’s store. Easy access to Rt 309 and Welsh Rd.“

“Parking: The location is "hidden" in an apartment complex. If you follow the gps it will lead you to the complex and if your standing in front of the main entrance, there's a single door towards the left which leads to the resturant. Trust me, it's worth the little adventure.“

“A wonderful 5-star lunch experience ! Coming back from a mid-day center city concert, decided to stop in @ Tavern On the Hill rather than MacNally's...SO glad we did ! Bartender Mackenzie couldn't have been better : super-efficient AND super-personable ! I've had many excellent meals here before, lunch and dinners, today was no exception. Straying from our regular menu favorites ( tough to pass on the always great burger or turkey'n' brie sandwich),we both had the same "special"...a smoked kielbasa/ kraut sandwich. Not an item I'd usually rave over, it was just perfect...the best I've ever had. Great kielbasa, nicely toasted roll, homemade-tasting kraut...and even a high-quality tasty brown mustard. You just won't go wrong here... where else would somebody rave about a kielbasa sandwich ??? Can't wait to return for lunch OR dinner...“

“I truly enjoyed the specialty drinks and the atmosphere. I was enjoying my delicious meal when I realized the crab meat, that was supposed to accompany the shrimp in my spaghetti, was missing. Our server did not offer to fix this BIG mistake, but gave us a shot that we did not ask for. That was how they compensated for the meal error. I really wanted the crab. This is a very nice establishment, but make sure you are get what you are paying for. I paid full price for a meal that was not complete.“
“Have been coming here for about a year and have never been disappointed. The Wee Heavy Scotch Ale is a 4.9/5.0, perhaps the best US Scotch Ale I've ever tasted. Great lineup of beers... IPAs, hazy IPA, lagers, stouts, bitters, porters with some imaginative recipes that are instant classics. Terrific food at reasonable prices... pub fare and so much more. The service is terrific, too. Friendly, knowledgeable, they LOVE their work. Two thumbs up for Scott, who served us our last two visits. Finally, the taproom is something out of a movie set. Cozy, intimate, and out of this world. If you live within 100 miles a trip to Geronimos makes the beautiful historic town of Doylestown a must on your bucket list.“

“We recently ordered a hoagie platter from Steak and Hoagie Factory for our party, and as always, they did not disappoint! The hoagies were absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. Our family has been coming here for many years, and the consistent quality keeps us coming back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great meal and friendly service!“

“My fiancé planned a surprise engagement party for me at the Ashburner Inn this past Saturday with the help of our family and friends. He worked with Debbie, she was extremely accommodating and helpful. She was very easy to get a hold of and was quick to return any calls or texts. She answered all of his questions and provided great detail of all of their party packages and gave very clear directions of when people could come set up and what type of decor was acceptable. She was very mindful of dietary restrictions within our party and made sure all our guests had something to eat. All the food was hot, fresh and delicious. We still have people telling us about how good the food was. The bartender and staff were very attentive and professional. We couldn’t have had a better night and highly recommend anyone who wants to have a private party to book it at the Ashburner.“

“Never disappointed here. Ahi and calamari are fantastic. Awesome outside eating area.UPDATE: They never really seemed to recover from covid. They close so super early that you have to find someplace else in town. Their kitchen never seems to be open past 9:00 and on sundays, including St. Patrick's day, they closed at 7:45. I really hope they do well but if any place else opens in town they are finished.“

“First time and it was great! It didn't feel like or look like your average diner. Wait time however was long which made me think the food must be good. We actually were accommodate quicker than the originally wait time which was 45 minutes. It was crowded, even the bar area. People's food was coming out and it made it hard to decide what to eat...lol I had the chicken Parm. It didn't disappoint! Will definitely revisit.“

“TJ Smith's was a big surprise, and a good one. I didn't expect such a nice experience. The staff, Marissa, was very attentive and the food was really good. It's closer to a sports bar than I like but not as loud so you can still have a conversation. Prices are a bit high and the servings are very big.“
“We were there for Brunch on a Sunday morning. This was the most amazing brunch spread I have ever seen. Fresh fruits, bagels and breads, oysters on the half shell, shrimp, chicken tenders, creamed chip beef, beef carving station and the list goes on.... The chef had a fantastic personality and was creating the omelets (eggs) of your choice. Everything was delicious. The server was fantastic as well. Will definitely go back when in town again!!“

“Great Happy Hour! Amazing drink selection and apps. Great quality for the price. We go there a lot for HH then catch a movie at Ambler Theater across the street. Wish they would change the hours to 4:30-6:30 for their HH though. Movies are usually at 7 and hanging there for an hr before film starts is a bit of a wait.“

“NEW OWNERS! I really like this place. Great happy hour! It's clean, the staff are friendly, and it's conveniently right in my neighborhood. Very affordable, too. They have a pool table, sixpacks to go, and a good selection of beers and cocktails. The food is much better than expected for a little neighborhood bar. The $5 happy hour cheesesteak is actually a really solid little cheesesteak. They also have some Brazilian food on the menu since the new owners are Brazilian. Rice, beans, steak, salad. Good stuff. The one thing I don't really like is the chili for the nachos, but I just don't like that style of chili where it's kind of pasty from so many mashed beans.Overall, I definitely recommend this place for an evening hangout after work for a few beers, a round of pool, and some solid food.“

“Went here for the first time last night. Nice atmosphere and the service was good. My Mom and I split the Caesar salad. The dressing was good, but the lettuce was too bitter. We also split the caramelized cauliflower in curry sauce and it was delicious. Finally, for our entree we both had pasta, I ate their special which was a shell pasta in Alfredo sauce with peas and mushrooms and topped with shrimp. My Mom ate rigatoni in bolognese. She thought it was delicious too. Hopefully I can come and visit year around again.“
