Now I am not normally the one who'd write a review but....... When you've had more than one poor experience, it becomes a bit of an annoyance. I pulled up around 3PM on a week day, NO CARS in the parking lot or drive thru. I then was asked to hold a minute. It took about 10 minutes before another car pulled in the line next to me, and they too were greeted with a "hold a minute". 5 minutes later a voice ask the car that pulled up next to mine, their order. Once the "lady", (and I use it loosely, because she was everything but) got to me I explained to her how I was waiting here before the car pulled up. She did apologize but 10 seconds later she gives the car in front of me their food and begins to have a personal conversation with them, instead of the car pulling off. I beep to show my frustration with her blatant disregard for customer service and she damn near cursed ME out, like I did something wrong. I ask for a manager but she claimed that was her. If she is the manager, it explains a lot. I just got my food and left, didn't have the time to go back and forth with such a "lady".
This restaurant is never open when it's supposed to. They are out of ice a lot. They also are out of biscuits early in the morning hrs. Having this restaurant by my work is useless to me.

Bad experience at this restaurant. So much so I did not do a business I drove long-distance in the snow. Pr from stove and improved. I'll make no more future purchases at this restaurant.Attempted to speak with management and no one cares. I know it's fast food but there should be some one there that's able to interact with customers.

Doesn't even deserve one star, greeted at drive thru with whatcha want.... Then I said 2 chicken nugget kids meals ,.... What kind she asks , I said it again,then I ordered a meal .... As she pfsßt ( like an ignorant sigh) what drink. I said the drink . The dude taking the money was polite ...then the second window 3 employees leaning on the counter laughing and acting very unprofessional, we will call them all Eileen.... Now I ordered a meal that's either a regular or LG drink,they tried giving me a small. And had an attitude when I politely said that's supposed to be a LG ma'am . If I was in charge I'd be firing everyone . Don't go , they want 15$ hr ,so adults can act like toddlers..... Never going there again.
