Ordered $6.99 each special online, went to store to check out and manager refused to honor the special online price. My order when picked up was $10 more then online when placed. After leaving store we realized they didn't put sauces with the pizzas, when went back in manager had to pull back up my order before he would give me my sauces. Also when we placed our order it said 13 min and had to wait 30 min for our 1 pizza and bread. Very disappointed.

First my girlfriend and I tried ordering over the phone. No one picked up, but an answering service did. Well, tried ordering our order on there, and everything we said, the machine either said "sorry, I didn't get that," or "sorry, we don't carry that anymore." So, I hung up the phone, and we went inside the store to order. The cashier worker for one had an attitude. No smile or anything. We went to place our order, so I went ahead and did mine first. The sub I ordered, I asked for no ranch, and they could. I asked if they could substitute in mayo instead of ranch. The guy said, "oh we don't have mayo." But, they do because there's other subs with mayo on them. Then, I asked if they could add lettuce to my sub. The guy said, "oh we don't carry lettuce. We probably should actually." But, their other subs, have lettuce, including their Italian. What place doesn't carry mayo? Or lettuce?? And the guy wasn't polite about it neither. This place has gone downhill, because we have came here before, gotten a cheeseburger pizza, a special thing they had, and it had lettuce on it. And on top of all that, there were 6 people inside, and only one was actually working, making a cheese pizza. The rest were all standing around, not doing anything. The place was dirty, kitchen area. The girls who had long hair, didn't have their hair up nor any nets on. Some guys who had beards, didn't have a net on. None of the employees who were making food, had any gloves on. So they were handling food bare handed. Not the cleanest place to order from. I will not be coming back here. Their pizza is great, but now I wonder if it is anymore. The service was bad, atmosphere was terrible, and code of conduct was not followed. This place needs new management asap, or shut down or something. Never again.

We order quite a bit and it's always a smooth transaction. The one issue we had, was my address. Eric the general manager took care of me with no hassle. Even offering a gift card for my troubles. I come for the pizza and keep returning because of employees like him. His customer service is the best, and a pretty cool dude to chat with also. Pizza was hot and delicious, and delivered on time, as it should be.

Visiting a friend I ordered a delivery medium pepperoni pizza with Brooklyn crust. My bill was over $28!!A $7.99 pizza with no extra anything.Delivery charges and service fees are outrageous!My very awesome delivery driver was robbed of a deserving tip because I had already paid a ridiculous amount of money for a greasy unsatisfactory pizza. Shame on you Dominos!!!

they don’t answer the phone. put an online order in for 2 things and it’s supposed to take over 120 minutes but still says it’s prepping? called over 6 times and still no answer. no way to cancel online either so they get ur money and we don’t get the things we paid for

ordered a pizza for delivery, manager calls and said they no longer could deliver and offered a free pizza next time I order for the inconvenience. I call to redeem my free pizza and they said they could not honor that due to nothing being wrong with my food. Completely ridiculous.

I placed an order yesterday at 1038 online paid for the order, and the order should be delivered by 12 o'clock. My order did not come until 12 fifteen, the delivery. The delivery guy told me they had an order in front of me. That was for 61 pieces. I asked him. Why did not I ask? Why does someone not call me to tell me that? They will be running behind and online set pizza delivery at 12 I tried to reach out to the manager no phone call, no nothing, i will never ever get another pizza from Domino's there.

Love my local Domino's. They have always treated me and my family great! Food has been mostly superb. (Everyplace has their off days) I understand inflation and shrink-flation but when you cut back on toppings portions and then charge extra, then it's getting out of hand. That's the only reason for 3 stars.

Placed an order of 32 wings and some pizza. Food showed up on time. However, the wings smelled terrible, almost had a chemical smell. We tried and tried to call the store and they never answer, we only got “call cannot be connected due to a network issue”, no matter how many options we chose on the dial choices of the phone. My wife finally got in touch with a corporate number who spent 45 minutes trying to contact this store on our behalf. I would never, ever order from this place again. We still don’t have any type of closure on this issue. We spent an hour on hold with corporate, with no response.
