Our waitress was the absolute BEST!!! I have never had such great service as I did from her at any restaurant. I was in the area for a concert at the Theatre and made the reservations online, there are no complaints except for the Hostess. We arrived 4 minutes early and were told we had to wait until the actual time I reserved, there was no reason for this as the place was almost empty. Once seated, everything was perfect! We spent about $60, our waitress was left a $40 tip because of her incredible service. I would definitely come back if I'm in the area.
Hershey Lodge does a great job with the small things. Excellent hospitality, wonderful staff that greets you and expresses a real desire to make your experience special. Food was excellent! Enjoyed celebrating a birthday with you.
Excellent, courteous, thoughtful service was provided By our waitress who also offered great suggestions for cocktails and dessert. Nice surroundings with relatively low noise levels Very tasty dinner entrees simply prepared with just right amount of seasoning

Good morning.We had breakfast this morning at the restaurant located on the first floor of the Hershey Lodge.We previously dined there for dinner the other night and had a positive experience.This morning, we opted for the buffet, which I found to be overpriced for the selection offered. However, since we were staying at the lodge, it was included in our room rate.Our server, Mandy, provided excellent service on both occasions. She was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable.On our first visit, Mandy inquired if we were celebrating any special occasions. I informed her that it was my birthday and wedding anniversary. At the end of our meal, she surprised me with a complimentary dessert with a candle.I would like to express my appreciation to Mandy for her exceptional service.

The prices were high for what you got. The cheese and meat tray was $21. The bread on the tray was hard. Barley any meat and cheese. Only 0ne pickle. Portions were small. Drinks were expensive. The waitress that took our order was pleasant and very helpful. The server was rude. She came to the table and threw the tray of food infront of my daughter without a word. My daughter didn't order it. She should have asked who ordered what.

Birthday celebration dinner. Gave us great seat by fireplace. Server was awesome and efficient. Food choices were hot and tasted delicious. Surprised husband with cupcake dessert. Very great night out.

The service was fantastic and the food was so good! We loved the s'mores fondue and butternut squash flatbread. Highly recommend!

Overall a great experience came for a cheer competition turned into a mini vaca. The hotel layout is definitely confusing and maze like and the room’s slightly dated I was expecting a little more Hershey theme or decorations that made the rooms more kid appealing but other then that they were clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived early to use the water park and our room was ready. If you want easy access to the the water park ask a room on resses level 1. The water park is a decent size my 3 and 11 year old were equally happy and entertained. They have towels in the pool area so no need to pack your own. Also they serve adult beverages in there which is nice or you can bring your own. We came at off season so we didn’t do the mini golf or visit the gardens. We ate at two restaurants both of which were nice staff was friendly. There was also a good amount of activities for the kids.

Great service and better food. The service staff, from the front desk to the bar, was delightful and attentive. Our food was delicious as well. Everything our group ordered was tasty, the favorite being the ravioli. Fire & Grain is a sure stop when staying at the Hershey Lodge!

Love this place. It is often our first stop when we stay at the Lodge. The servers and bartenders are always so friendly and helpful, and we have never EVER had anything come out below expectations. People complaining about the price must not understand pricing in this kind of setting, it is absolutely priced correct for its venue and is very fair for the quality and armosphere as well as quality amd diversity of options.
