Absolutely terrible service. My friend and I put in orders on the one working kiosk and it took 45 minutes for us to get soup and sandwiches. It was insane. I had to go up to the counter at least three times to ask what was happening. My answer that I received was no answer at all or it'll be right up. Would not recommend

Received a Green Goddess salad with Chicken as part of a catering meal to a local Hershey place of business. Found a black hair in the salad and a large hunk of lettuce core. Reported it to Panera Customer Service with pictures and received this note back."Thanks so much for taking the time to share your recent Panera experience. The customers here are disruptive and awful to the staff. The new manager is a passive aggressive jerk. The food isn't good enough to put up with all the nonsense. Every time I've been here, people have been letting their children run around completely unattended, causing a disruption and putting themselves and others at risk of falling or burning themselves with hot food and drinks. The managers say and do nothing. This place used to be good until the company started trying to cater to the fast food crowd. There's a reason no one likes working in fast food, people! It's because of customers like this!

We enjoy Panera. But we always have issues at this location. Today, I was told that my 2 salads were taking extra time because "he isn't familiar with working this line!" 2 salads took half an hour. Meanwhile the manager (girl wearing all the keys) stood talking with other employees. Never offered help or direction to the supposed struggling employee.

Ordered food for the office through their website. All the food did not arrive, what arrived wasn't right. Called Panera and was told that it was a doordash issue and that we had to call Doordash to fix it. We didn't order through door dash, we ordered through panera.Missing food was remade, we were never informed and it wasn't delivered. We were told 2 hours later that the food is sitting on their counter for us to pickup.

Went here a couple months ago and I let it slide in the moment, but today me and my family wanted a quick and easy dinner for Christmas Eve, checked their hours and said they were open, drove all the way there to see that they're closed!!! Of course no grocery stores or other restaurants are open. We already know their service is super slow. Employees don't seem to know what they're doing or how the handle customers. Manager is not sympathetic. I've watched multiple people walk out of here dissatisfied. Don't waste your time with this place, because I definitely won't be going here again.

Order was ready 1 hour AFTER time it should have been completed! It was a big order. So, I figured they would be late as always. I was willing to give them half hour leeway. Then 45 minutes came and still nothing. The waiting area was littered with people who had been there waiting as long as me. I finally was able to ask a cashier about my order. “Oh, they are preparing it now. “ Me “Ok, do you have ETA? It was supposed to be done by 11:15. It is now 12.” Cashier “Like, 5 minutes.” Order finally comes up as ready. Go up to rapid pick up. Nothing. Find the same cashier again. She finds it and helps me to my car. Get back to work and NOTHING is labeled!!! No idea what the sandwiches or salads are. No names-why bother ask for names if you aren’t going to use them???? Get out master list….oh look, we are missing 5 lunches. Try calling cafe, twice. No answer, because of course, it is there busy time. Drive back to the cafe. Low and behold, they forgot to give me a bag. “Our apologies.” Get back and guess what still missing 2 sandwiches. Of course, can’t call and complain to the cafe. Called 800 number. Spoke to customer service. They at least were helpful.

Years ago, there was a commercial that asked, " Where's the beef?" Well, in this case,"Where's the turkey and chicken?" I saw my husband looking inside his sandwich and I asked what was wrong. He said there was barely any chicken. I opened mine and there was literally one thin slice of circular turkey. So basically pressed turkey. The one slice was folded in half, I guess to make it look bigger! The slice of cheese was actually thicker than the turkey! (See photos) I've heard of cutbacks, but this is ridiculous. I will continue to get my sandwiches at McAlister's Deli or Jersey Mike's. At least their sandwiches have plenty of real, fresh meat and it isn't just a cheese sandwich! Spend your money elsewhere!!!!!

Our order is consistently made late (30 or more minutes past the scheduled pick up time) often resulting in us having to rush to work (we leave early for work and order even earlier to avoid this and often times, it makes no difference and our order is completed even later). Service is always slow even when the restaurant is not busy. Our orders are often wrong as well. Will not be returning again.
