I was in Hershey to take my brother in law to the Hershey Medical Center and Happened across the Pizza Hut in Hummelstown so me having in the past been a Manager of a PizzaHut years ago and became addicted to the pizza decided to stop in and bring a pizza home to the family while getting a personal pan for the hour long ride home. The place was empty and after waiting for someone to come from the back to finally take my order was shocked to see how Un kept the people working there were. While they dissapered into the back again I looked at some of posters and wall hangings on the walls and noticed how dirty the floors were, you could actually see where they had mopped around trash cans and soda machine with dirty mop water and created a buildup of dirt and debris around anything on the floor, as slow as they were and are from what I was told they certainly would have ample time to do some cleaning. As I paid for my order it seemed a bit high for what I ordered and said to the young man cashing me out that his prices were quite a bit high at which time he told me they just raised all the prices because Hershey Park was opening in the next few weeks and said that they do every year. I think I will take my business closer to home.

Pizza Hut has closed in our area, so it was a real treat to be able to get our favorite pan pizza!! There were very few customers there at the time. Service was great as the pizza was delivered to our table.

Pizza undercooked on one side was raw and the wings weren’t cooked all the way either. I’m going to stop going to Pizza Hut all together. I’m tired of the same issues. I put mine on a stone in a preheated oven for 20 minutes. It was better. Also don’t call them dbl crunch or whatever nonsense because there wasn’t any breading on them.

I actually worked at a Pizza Hut when I was in high school but I can’t figure out if this Pizza Hut location is a real franchise or not. Other than the shape of the building and the pizza boxes there is absolutely nothing about this place that would make you think it’s a legit Pizza Hut. I’d only recommend visiting this location to get a few laughs.

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a pizza for pickup well ahead of closing time. They said it was being prepared but when we arrived to pick it up they hadn't made the pizza and they closed without making it. They should have never accepted the order if they weren't going to prepare it. Really poor.

Pizza on Christmas eve is a 40+ year tradition in my house and every year that we order from this location to save ourselves drive time, they screw up our order. This year: bone-dry pizzas (when we actually even ordered them with EXTRA sauce); cheese pizza that looks closer to a spent campfire; really skimpy level of toppings. Avoid this place - go to the one in Harrisburg, or go to a competitor.

This is pretty much a carry out or delivery spot. We walked in at 4:30 pm, and most of the tables weren't available . The service was quick because it was empty. They have a drive-through that was busy the entire time we sat there. No waitress .You just order, then seat yourself. We ordered the meat pasta,12 wings, and bread sticks. Everything was OK until we counted the wings and noticed our 12 wing order had 11 wings.so I called the lady over, and she apologized and offered to make 1 wing or a chocolate cookie or brownie. We took the brownie.lol, so remember, kids count your wings. We all know it's a wing part and not a whole wing.

My son and I went here for dinner. They have a dining room but no servers. You order your food and when it's done one of the kitchen staff brings your food to you. The food was good and hot when we got it.
