absolutely horrible. will never come to this subway again. a toddler could make a better subway sandwhich than these people. im extremely disappointed. a blind and deaf woman could run a fast food place 10x better than whatever management there is now. i ate the tuna and ive been sick for 2 weeks. you guys are lucky i dont sue you for all the money u have. bunch of losers

I just got the worst service in my entire life. A very rude manager named Malika or whatever her useless name is. I bought so many it was just dumped in the bag, not labeled and I politely asked and she said I have other customers so I am done with you. I have been here before and they where very mannered and respectful. But this so called manager is so disrespectful and insulting. The other guys that where attending to me where so nice.

I hate going to any other Subway! This one always seems to have the nicest people working and everytime I'm in there, someone is cleaning, so it's always spotless! Been to two other local stores recently, with one sub inedible and the other store missing so many ingredients, we just left. Definitely will stick to the Hummelstown location from now on!

Cayden was very unprofessional. Rushed through the making of my sub only to leave 15 mins before the end of his shift and my order because his mom was there to pick him up. Had me pay for my order that was never completed before rushing out. I stood there for 10 mins until another very kind employee noticed I was standing there waiting for my order to be completed. By the time I got home to eat it sandwhich was not at all what I had ordered. The great customer service the other two employees that helped me will be the only reason I might return

Ordered online, drove 15 minutes to pick up. Sitting in store my phone rings, guy says no Italian Herb bread. I said I'll take white. He said ok. Sitting in store 15 minutes later my phone rings again, lady says no Italian herb. I stand up and say you have to be kidding me. You called me 15 minutes ago and I said I'll take white. Now about 40 minutes later my 2 subs are being worked on. First time here and last time for sure. Watched 4 people walk in and order and get subs before me. No apologies, just a bunch of people staring like a deer in headlights. Worst service I have ever experienced at a Subway. Can't believe I left a tip on this order I placed online and picked up. Update-guy put 2 cards for 2 free 6 inch subs in my bag. Does not make up for the hard bread and lost pool time. Peace out.
