So I met Ashley today the bartender was very pleased how clean the bar and restaurant is kept. She was very friendly and not one of those people that hovers around you when you eat. The ranch dressing is homemade and has great flavor. The wings are bigger than most restaurants with a smoked flavor and juicy! Solid! Best barbecue I have had in a while! Flavors were on point, especially the brisket and smoked turkey....woooowwww...Who would have thought in Central Pennsylvania there would be REAL barbecue?!?! Enjoyed it thoroughly because barbecue where I live in Florida is a joke, at best.Couldn't fathom making room for dessert, but they have a case of made from scratch pies, banana pudding, and pistachio pudding that all looked incredible. **EDIT**...at the bottom after 3rd visit.I hate to give a 1 star review... especially when we never got a chance to try the food! Four of us came in on Saturday around 1pm and the sign said "wait to be seated" so we waited for about 10 minutes and then sat ourselves at a table in site of the bartender. There was only about 4 other tables with people at them and maybe ½ dozen people sitting at the bar. No one came to our table even though the bartender made eye contact with us...read full review
