The work that Fran does is amazing. I cannot recommend her cakes enough, which include hand made sugar flowers that look like the real deal (see photo!). Also, the cake itself is incredible and we received so many compliments. She has you come in for a tasting of a few mini cakes with a few different fillings/frostings so you can make your choice. She also delivered the cake and set it up herself.
We are so thrilled that we hired Fran to make our precious wedding cake. Not only has it been such a pleasure to work with Fran, the cake was gorgeous and delicious! AND it was gluten free since I have a gluten allergy.
