“I had been using a food delivery service off and on for the past year or so and when they went out of business, I did a deep dive to find something that was equally health centered, affordable, flexible and didn't require a weekly or monthly commitment AND had food maybe even one of my kids would touch. The nutritional facts make it super easy to know where my macros are and the portions are perfect, more than one lunch/dinner for me alone. Jesse called after the first delivery and was open to feedback and suggested some nice alternative options (i.e. I didn't always want the same veggie or rice etc). The Tuesday "sale" delivered on Weds is perfect for those of us who open the fridge after the weekend and think oops.....“

“Bacio Kitchen & Catering was a great venue for hosting an on-site dinner party! The price was reasonable for renting the space for 3+ hours. Chef/owner Robert was accommodating and met all our needs. The pub dinner served buffet style was very good-our guests loved it! We brought adult beverages, which were chilled beforehand and served to our guests. I would highly recommend Bacio’s!!“

During the planning process, Di Bruno Bros. informed us that they were going to begin to outsource their catering services by using 12th St Catering, and the last minute change made us both a bit nervous. We were introduced to Peter from 12th St Catering who was so incredibly responsive and organized -- he worked with us to make sure the menu was what we had envisioned. Overall, the event worked perfectly. The food, drinks, and service were incredible and well-priced to other places. Highly recommend Peter and the team at 12th St Catering for events at Alimentari.“

“Had this for the first time by chance! had a BLT and my boyfriend had the italian on a hoagie.first of all i don’t leave reviews but i just had to leave my thoughts on this place! it was delicious and fresh and the bread was soft and tasty. I’m so sorry for the delay, but better late than never and I just was reminded because one of my family members just text to ask your name and she really enjoyed the food !! She even brought her speaker and played nice background music!! It was well worth the cost. “The ribs were good and the brisket was better. The chicken was a bit dry. I called the day before and the day of to ensure I would have enough ribs for my order. Unfortunately, the ribs I asked to be set aside a portion of them was sold. But he did give me a chicken.“

“Calabash is another one of our frequent favorites! We stop in regularly for their Sunday brunch and BAY-BEE…They NEVER disappoint! The staff are attentive and check in throughout your dining experience to ensure you have everything you need and everyone is always so friendly.The dining and food areas are always clean and well organized. The space is large and decor is simple. This is a great open space for dining during COVID as all the tables are well spaced out allowing parties to social distance. All staff wore gloves and masks today. We loved to see Calabash doing their part in keeping their customers and staff safe.One thing about Calabash, they are always going to offer a variety of options to choose from. Choosing what to eat is the hardest part because literally everything looks so amazing. It’s all about how much space you can save in between plates. From home fries to oxtails, EVERYTHING is amazing and satisfies that Island food craving! Sunday brunch also includes bottomless mimosas and I absolutely LOVEEEE mimosas!The pancakes are fluffy and remind me of funnel cake; thy are made so perfectly every time. THIS PLACE DOES NOT MISS! The fish is always fried to a perfect golden brown and very dish is flavorful and savory.Calabash will continue to be on my list of repeats! The place was pretty packed on a Saturday between 3-6. Most everyone was nice, too. We didn't eat so I couldn't speak of the food but the drinks were reasonable and the service was good.“

The pork had a great sweet savory flavor which played nicely with the more subtle vegetables. The only thing I would change was having it served on a more crusty bread but otherwise fantastic. Their team put together a suggested menu to fit our special event, assisted us with ordering tables, answered any questions we had, and minimized any stress during this process.The in-person staff and the bartender were personable and great to work with during the event. They setup the food with decorations, the food was delicious, and they provided takeout containers so food was not wasted and guests could take home leftovers.“

“We hired Keith and his team from Impresso Coffee to provide an espresso bar at our daughter's wedding this past July. They knocked it out of the park! Our 140 guests enjoyed hot and cold drinks that included espresso, lattes, teas, hot chocolate, cappuccino, and an affogato ice cream bar. The drinks were delicious. “This Christmas we made the very smart decision to have most of our Christmas feast Catered, by Herb Scott Catering. My only regret is that we didn’t do it sooner.The ordering process was seamless, and they even made some small adjustments by eliminating the use of butter, in the vegetables. The Christmas menu was well thought out, and there was a lot of variety. We chose roasted pork pancetta, brioche crusted salmon and shrimp scampi, as the main event. For our sides, we landed on brussel sprouts/ broccoli, mushroom risotto and green beans. Everything was perfectly prepared, the food was flavorful but not salty and the quality was excellent.In the future, we’ll definitely use Herb Scott Catering for our Christmas dinner, and I think next year I’ll grab a couple of main dishes for Thanksgiving.“
