A good pizza place owned and run by a nice family. Julio's is popular with the locals for a reason. They make a variety of New York-style pizzas and wings. The Julio's Special is a solid choice. I'm giving them five stars for service. Our initial order went through their website and Slice app, which was botched due to an error on Slice's end. After going in to figure out the issue, they fixed the problem and offered a discount for my trouble even though it wasn't their fault. Rather than delivery, I'd recommend calling in your order and picking it up yourself.

The service is fast, no mistakes, foods always hot. Good drink options for all, big fridge selection and fountain soda. The employees are always polite and friendly. The dining room is spacious and always very, very clean but the food itself is quite bland and for lack of a better word, ill say "skimpy"-I wouldn't recommend this spot if you're ordering for a large group of people who'll be choosing all different options off the menu because the QUALITY of the food is just not there and you may end up with a few disappointed faces at your dinner table.-However, if you're passing by and just need to grab a quick slice and a soda...Julio's will do just fine!This is your regular pizza joint that has slightly less options on the menu compared to others and it seems to me that they do have happy returning customers but for those that have never been-do not expect full, overflowing sandwiches with high quality meats, cheeses and breads.

Worst pasta ever! Saturated with grease! Service was beyond terrible. When you tell them red sauce is red, not white with orange grease and they continue to say "no, red sauce", you know you're in trouble! Also, they charge a fee on your debit purchase. Rip off to say the least!

Horrible service and horrible food and horrible owner. Not for family. We had kids, and they were playing, and the owner asked not to play, then we needed to get water for kids they said not outside water, not for kids as well. At least they allow kids bottles. Then the food arrived. It was horrible, small sandwith and pizza was oily. Please dont go to this restaurant if you have family.The sanwich was dry, and pizza was greasy. Most issues with the owners' behaviour for us. Feels like racist towards brown people.

There aren’t any options for good pizza in Jim Thorpe. We have ordered from Julio’s several times; pizza, sandwiches, Stromboli (which was vomit inducing) hoping that maybe we just caught them on a bad night. It’s really hard to like this place. Mediocre service and below average food.
