Moya is a gem of a restaurant here in Jim Thorpe. The menu, thankfulky, is limited and focuses on what they want to do any given week thereby allowing them to focus their energies. The short ribs are not to be missed, but I say that having had many things from their menu over the years and never once being disappointed be it seafood or meat. Seating has its limits so reservations are strongly recommended. They've recently opened up an upstairs area for drinks and some dining overflow....read full review
When we go to Jim Thorpe, it’s a given that we will visit Moya. We made our reservation and showed up, only to find that we made it for the wrong date. No problem, despite them being busy, they setup a separate table for us. Food was excellent!

Any of the bad reviews MUST be based off of either a really busy time or when the staff was having a bad day. This place by far the best place in Jim Thrope and recommend by our bed and breakfast. Maxine is also an amazing waitress.
