This Burger King is the worst in the area they’re food is rushed and undercooked Which makes no sense it made me sick couldn’t even finish my meal, the customer service was absolutely terrible they lied about they’re shake machine being broken and then wouldn’t even give me a refund and argued with me at the window then of course to top it all off she slammed my ice cream cake that was given instead of the shake on the table and it was smushed, manager came and was rude he slammed the door on us as we’re till getting the rest of our order and lied about the pricing thankfully we contacted Burger King and the gave us a refund…we will never come here again overall rating would be 0 stars if I could they don’t even deserve 1.

OMG, I know they must be low on people because of wait times. I don't think I can trust their food anymore after last visit. I ate half my king burger, I turned it over to adjust the toppings. I see freaking mold not just a speck but it went straight through.

I enjoy coming here more than any other fast food place between Westmont and Windber. Yeah sometimes during the rush hour they might make a mistake which is totally understandable, but they're always polite and always make sure the customer is happy. Even when you pull up 10 minutes before they close they still have a positive attitude and have no issues making whatever's needed. Here's to you guys/ girls for making this place my favorite fast food joint to go to!!

Most of the time, I don't have any issues. About a week ago, I stopped in for some takeout. Only three workers at that time & all of them had an attitude, not just with me and other customers, but with eachother also. The place was filthy and my order of fries were mixed with soggy onion rings. If you don't like your job, quit please!
