first time going there. the food was dry and cold, and pancakes were burnt. left a gross taste in my mouth. hair wrapped in my two tiny pieces of bacon which didn’t fill me up and tasted rubbery. our waitress was busy and kept forgetting about us. ruined my appetite for the rest of the day. never eating there again.

Our group of 4 stopped in for a bite to eat after attending a concert. As my dad would say "The good food was exceeded only by the excellent service.. thanks to Rob who was remarkably kind, efficient and attentive. We got the kind of treatment one would expect at a 5 star establishment. He was a gem and perfectly capped off our already great evening . He definitely deserves recognition and to rise up the ranks in your company.

Someone needs to do something about this location. There is fecal matter coming out the drains in the restrooms and no one is doing anything about it they just leave it there for the guest to walk around it. Definitely not acceptable. Then to top it off it took an hour and half to get our food. Not a happy customer . Probably will not return

I travel for a living and have eaten at countless restaurants (from chains to chef owned and operated) and this has to be the worst I've ever been to. Writing my review while waiting for food is a new one for me.The overall feeling in the location was that of disappointment and disgust.I myself was seated and it took 25 minutes for a waiter to ask me what I'd like to drink then an additional 15 to get a single cup of coffee. I then sat for over 40 minutes for my entree. Whi le waiting the conversation of the table behind me that i couldn't but help overhear was that food was overcooked and definitely not pleasing (rock hard bisicuts and sopping wet french toast)While about 75% of the restaurant was seated it seemed to take forever to get food out. Short order cooking for a chain like Dennys is supposed to be quick, easy and simple but something isn't being done right here.The waitstaff seems just as frustrated as my fellow customers and the number of times I heard "ill take 10% off your bill" or similar is excessive.Definitely not returning to this location, but whoever owns the location needs to reconsider who they have operating it for them as this is definitely not to Dennys standards.

My main complaint was with the service or lack of that my husband and I received today. The waitress was not friendly to start with but got our drinks and took our order. We had a long wait to get the food and were anxiously awaiting it. The waitress was friendlier and asked if we needed anything else including a refill of my husband's coffee. We asked for the coffee, a glass of water and mustard for my burger. That was the last we saw of the waitress until we got our check. $30 for our meal was $30 too much. Denney's used to be one of my favorite places but today it left a bad taste in my mouth, literally! Greasy burger, no mustard and nothing to wash it down with.
