I thought I'd try the new chicken/pizza very disappointed of the way it was prepared. Must be using imitation cheese because it was barely melted. The pepperoni was just layed on top and the chicken was over done. Most of the time your menu items are spot on. Most likely I'll never try again!!

Worst experience ever. Order placed online. Got to store they said 10 minutes, 30 minutes later they "couldn't locate " the online order, which was over $50 and continued to ignore my husband as he waited. He asked for a refund and they couldn't provide it.

Big tire holes in drive through right by pickup window. If you have a car just go inside. Food is hit or miss here.

Workers are rude and disrespectful to customers. Food at this KFC is mediocre at best. If people actually cared about the quality of their work this place would be phenomenal. Guess that's Johnstown for ya.

The only chicken place I have ever been to that is always out of chicken. Any time of the day there is always an excessive wait due to the lack of chicken. It is a chicken twilight zone the sign says chicken but there never is any!

Finger lickin good, as always!! There's people who always have something to complain about no matter what! And sadly, it seems that most people don't write reviews to compliment anymore. Well, my review is for that reason! This place gets really busy at times so you have to take in consideration that there's only so many employees trying their best to keep up. I've been to this location several times and the food and service was excellent! The employees were super nice! The place inside and out was clean! This KFC gets a big thumbs up from me!!!

Worst KFC in the world without question. The list of reasons is too long to list everything. I have never left a bad review for any business before but this place is straight up awful and needs an intervention or an exorcism. Maybe both…

Believe it or not the chicken was burnt twice when I went here...KFC is a place where you expect the chicken to be made perfectly they've been in business for so long and they have it perfected that a monkey could cook it I don't understand how it could be burnt and how they could sell it like that that's the thing it should not have been sold and by the time you find out when you get home who wants to turn around and take it back

Absolutely the worst KFC food I've ever eaten. The fries were not even editable. They were hard and tasted old. The chicken wasn't much better. The only editable food was the coleslaw. The woman taking orders really needs a course in customer service. Twelve nuggets in the fill-up box. Someone needs a lesson in math. I'm sure the nasty staff think it's funny to cheat customers ans serve old, overcooked food. As a customer and a Veteran, I most certainly deserve better.

I wanted to place an order of 14pcs at 8:30pm. I was told they were OUT OF CHICKEN!!!I ask how and was given a bunch of excuses: from Door Dash to a Game! I asked would I be compensated for the inconvenience ( some restaurants do if they cause a customer to be inconvenienced), of course I was given the we don’t/ can’t do that! I asked how long it would it take and was told about ten minutes “maybe”. Well, I was willing to do that. I drove up to the window and told the clerk I would park and wait. Well of course I was told I had to pay first! You know what I did?!? DROVE OFF!How the heck does a chicken place run out of chicken 2 hours before they close? Either management is not properly managing or they just don’t care if they lose money!

Don't get delivery Everytime I order delivery they forget anything extra like a biscuit over 15 time nvr once got my biscuit I will now leave a bad review Everytime they forget do your jobs or don't work there it's not that
