Never had a good meal at this restaurant and decided to give it another try during the ethnic fest. Big mistake. Waited for a lamb sandwich. They were several dollars more than any other vendor selling lamb, they were light on the portion, the bread was stale they ran out of horse radish, though we specifically asked to make sure they had it before paying $30 for two small sandwiches, and when asked about fries they did not have any of those either. I will say one of the worst experiences on the street from the service to the poor food.

The crab cakes are great! The cajun shrimp looks wonderful. And, the crab Mac and cheese ... even though I didn’t have it, it really looks delicious!! Don’t miss this stop!

Just had Parrot Bay Cafe Crab Cake sandwich at a fundraiser event. Absolutely delicious. Very fresh, made right in front of you, awesome!

The crab Mac and cheese had a generous portion of crab meat on top as well as throughout. The buffalo chicken sandwich had just the right amount of heat. Both were delicious!

I had my bridal shower catered by the owner of Parrot Bay Cafe on Saturday and it was a truly perfect experience. During the planning process the owner, Steve, was amazing with giving me information and some suggestions to plan a good meal for all of m guests. He then proceeded to travel some distance just to cater my bridal shower, arriving very punctually and bringing every utensil and condiment I could have asked for. My guests could not stop raving about how much they loved the food! I absolutely recommend getting catering from them, and will be making it a point to find their food truck out and about!

The Parrot Bay Cafe food truck came to my work. One of my coworkers was ecstatic about them being back, quoting how amazing their crab Mac and cheese was when she got it last summer. Of course I had to give it a try! The service was quick and the staff was very friendly. I ordered the crab Mac and cheese for $10. The container was pretty small so I was disappointed considering how much I paid until I opened it up. WOW! They certainly don't skimp on the crab. They give you a nice pile of crab on top of very creamy Mac and cheese, seasoned with old bay. They offer to add a canned soda and chips for $1.00 (total) which is a steal. The chip bags are smaller than you would get in a vending machine, which makes sense for the price. I will definitely be visiting this food truck again!

Stopped by the Parrot Bay food truck/trailer when it was at the Pittsburgh Food Truck Park. Service was friendly. I had the crab cake which came on a bun. The crab cake was very good. There were some condiments available including cocktail sauce, ketchup, and hot sauce. The sandwich was a little plain and dry but good with some nice seasoning. It would have been better on a toasted and buttered bun and it would have been nice to have an aioli (or remoulade) sauce available. I realize you have to keep it cool but it is not hard to make a Basil Pesto Aioli or Mustard Aioli or Garlic or Roasted tomato or some other flavor. Some picked cabbage or lettuce would add to the sandwich, too. The menu had some other interesting items on it that I would like to try.

I marked my calendar and made it a point to stop down and attend the Parrot Bay Cafe's food truck at the Stone Bridge Brewing Company in Johnstown this weekend !! Cannot say enough good things about the food, service and atmosphere! Had the delicious crab cakes, tried the AMAZING seafood sack (if you haven't tried it you need to!!) and made room for some crab mac'n'cheese!! Thank you Steve and Amber for the great service and hope to see you guys and the food truck around Johnstown this summer!

Parrot Bay recently catered a birthday party for us. The food was amazing, especially the pulled pork. Our family and friends were raving about it. I highly recommend Parrot Bay!
