We ate here last night 6/8/21. The girls waiting on our party of 15 were super nice but it took over an hour for us to get our food, service was terrible,the orders and our bill were messed up. The womens rest room smelled like urine, garbage cans full,no toilet paper in the stall. I don't think anyone really liked their food other then the ones who got chicken tenders and fries. The floor was so sticky that everyone's feet were sticking to it. All in all we had a terrible experience and won't be going back.

We weren’t greeted right away. When we did get seated, no one came to even acknowledge we were seated. We left, saw no one even looking in our direction. As far as being busy, there was one table of three, one booth with two, and a table of eight. I counted at least 4 employees.Walking across the floor our shoes actually stuck to the floor. Exterior of the building is filthy.Will not return. Went to another chain restaurant and they were friendly, extremely efficient and food was terrific.Between the 2 restaurants the latter beat Quaker Steak hands down!!!!

Went there for a nice night out with my parents. My mom and I both ordered drinks which were both super strong. My dad ordered a beer which was flat and watered down. When he told the waitress, she said a lot of people complain about it. Food took a good 25-30 minutes to come out. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich and the meat had a rancid plastic taste. Told the waitress and she said they changed their pork, and agreed that it probably tasted like plastic. Like what?! Decided to get a dozen wings instead and that took a good 15-20 minutes to come out then too.They did take off the charge for the pork, but then charged full ($17) or the wings, which were the tiny boneless half wings. The waitress did take off another $9 after my dad asked about the bill.Now usually we don't complain, but the fact that I was served rancid food and the manager never said anything just blows my mind. Definitely will not be going back, and don't recommend anyone else going either

Yum! I love this place. Cheap and yummy food and cheap and delicious beer. Great service and relaxed atmosphere. My chicken sandwich was delicious! They were out of chicken wings though due to the supply chain shortage but their boneless wings are pretty good. So much food. Large portions. Recommended

Horrible. PattiAnne, the manager of 1425 Scalp Avenue in Johnstown, Pa was rude and careless. She even told me I can record her so I did. She even confirmed the kitchen supervisor made the mistake. I had ubereats deliver my order. I ordered 24 boneless garlic Parmesan wings and got bone in wings drenched in hot sauce. The manager PattiAnne refused to trade out my order telling me I need to pay for another order or have ubereats refund me and place a new order. I offered to have someone bring these up and asked her to replace them with the correct items and she told me NO. I'm diabetic and already took my medication and told her I couldn't wait another hour for my order. She refused to let me talk and kept talking over me and telling me I have to pay for my new order. When I requested 5 times for the district managers name and number the crazed manager hung up on me. Never again. I will post the recording on social media. ***UPDATE*** 5/10/2021 I wrote to the district manager and sent pictures. I'm waiting to see what he says. In the meantime, Uber refunded my money but not my tip. I think Quaker needs to pay the tip and refund it to me. The driver delivered what the establishment gave him.

Super fast service. The server Meagan filled our drinks without even asking! I got my steak medium well, and I almost never get it cooked right, but Quaker stake and lube is the only place that cooked it perfectly. It was super crispy on the outside but would melt in your mouth on the inside. Not to red, but not yet burnt. I also got a side of green beans and red peppers. Now I’m not a vegetable person but they were so good! They were seasoned perfectly and definitely complimented my meal. I love how the garlic bread was cut. Instead of a dry , half crust cinder block, it was a great slice of garlic bread, soft and buttered to perfection. Heck even the soda (sprite) was on point. The atmosphere is also wonderful. This is my first time eating here and I will definitely be returning!

Excellent staff and service, I was told that there were new cooks in the back though in my right mind I believe they were vets at the store. The food was very good, light, and filling. My server named Abby, was always checking to make sure things were ok and that we were satisfied. I fully recommend eating here, the price is high but the food is good. The GTO Gyro is a must have with Asian Sesame Sauce. I give a HUGE thumbs up to this place and the cooks and staff members.

Always good times. Gets busy but the staff doesn't want you to feel like you are in the way they are very nice. Food comes out fast but it's good quality. Boom boom shrimp never fails

There was a slight problem in the beginning with one of the beverages.. BUT, the waitress and manager quickly took care of it. Great attention was given to the issue and service was great.

Went to eat here. We were told we could not get alcohol because there was no bartender. Our waitress said we would have to wait for alcohol, then just did not bring it when we ordered a beer. Our waitress kept making excuses for us not getting anything. We asked for a military discount for our bill and she said it wasn't worth it and that she could only discount us 86 cents. Very disappointing experience. Other customers who were seated walked out because no one ever took their order.
