As fairly new residents of Johnstown, we found out about Scott's by Dam through co-workers who raved about the food. They were right. Everything we had was great. The menu has a lot to offer. The place isn't big by any stretch of the imagination but as soon as we walked through the door, we were greeted like old friends by Scott. He came by our table to check on us several times during our meal and cracked some jokes and interacted with all of his customers. What was especially endearing was the way he interacted with a mom and her young daughter who came in to pickup an order to go. They were obviously regulars and Scott leaned down and handed the little girl a bag of potato chips and she lit up. Scott and his wife are huge supporters of the Johnstown Tomahawks so it's nice to have a local family owned business that cares about the community. We will definitely be back!

Went there today for lunch and found an absolute gem of a place. The owner was attentive and very friendly. The bar had regular patrons who brought the place to life. The food was excellent. I couldn't recommend this place enough. The owner even shook our hands before we left. Live an hour from there but will be back again.

The food is really good! The service and the way these people treat their customers is absolutely horrifying. The owner should be ashamed of who he has running his place. They are rude and condescending. They also overcharged us and never got our food right. it's really sad this place used to be great! Just a bunch of judgemental and stuck up individuals running the joint now. They over charged us, then made fun of us saying we couldn't afford our food. once we asked for a refund and none was given, they then made fun of us some more and stood there in front of us and ate the food that we "couldn't afford". keepin it classy johnstown!!

Bigs things sometimes come in small packages! Great little place. Had a chicken taco that hit the spot just right! The owner is very welcoming and humble. I'm definitely going to be the place to take lunch regularly when I pass, though. Awesome ? thank you, scott!Parking: Lots up the alley behind it the building.Kid-friendliness: Owner is very polite and the regulars seem to be related.
