The Jonestown Subway Restaurant is clean and well maintained. The people are always very nice and friendly. The students from Northern Lebanon High School that work here are the best. Way to go parents you are doing great work. To the General Manager at this Subway. Take good care of these young people. They represent their families, this area, and Subway very well.

Absolutely terrible. How does one salad differ that much from another when the only difference is onions..disgusted at paying 17 dollars for 2 salads when they are completely trash. Whoever works here is terrible at 530 on a Monday...

Two employees ignore and turn away paying customers to make a catering order. One employee should have helped customers while the other worked the catering ticket. I guess Subway doesn’t like making money…poor management!

I had peyton make my wrap today and everything was going great until he wrapped it. It was already falling apart before the paper was put around it. As i was eating it if was falling apart in my hands. I think he needs to be taught how to wrap so it does happen to someone else
