Went there for an early dinner. The place was fairly empty when we got the but began to fill up rather quickly. We had got lucky with road parking (the garage is right around the corner). Service was good, and the food was delicious. Everyone at the table was satisfied with the meal. A bit expensive, but worth the money from what we experienced.Kid-friendliness: They had highchairs, but no booster seats. We sat at a booth and it worked well with the little one.

This place is wonderful m. The food is really good and the service was amazing. We were here on a Saturday and every table was booked. We luckily made a reservation (make a reservation!!!). We had the lasagna (it was ok), the gnocchi (amazing) and fettuccini (really good). As an fyi they don’t do the Alfredo pasta table side on the weekends. This place is also a BYOB. We definitely will be back.

We had a family group celebration there on a Sunday afternoon and it was a wonderful experience. Every one of the 15 people said the food was amazing and so was our server, Becka. We also liked the fact that it was BYOB with no extra corking charges or for serving the cake which we brought. Outstanding all around!

A very nice, adorable and quant restaurant. The food was so flavorful and fresh. This was my first time eating here (celebrating my daughters birthday) and will definitely be back. Thanks for the pleasant customer service.

We started with the Caesar salad. It was very fresh, but i thought it was weird that it had corn nuts in it and no croutons. I ordered the spaghetti carbonara, which was too al dente and had too much sage and was very salty. The acoustics were bad and the place was busy and very loud. I couldn't even hear the person across the table from me!

Catching up with close friends at this intimate in town restaurant was great experience. Service is strong and recognized appropriate times to engage. Food is delicious. Looking forward to next visit there.

Four of us dined - 3 had the bronzino and halibut both were both excellent!! The 4th person had the eggplant parmigiana- their red sauce is very sub par. Pasta is excellent just need a better marinara.

Absolutely excellent food, service and ambience! Large portions, fresh ingredients and unbelievably tasty food! I highly recommend the stuffed mushrooms (with crab) appetizer, the wood fired rolls with balsamic dip, Caesar salad with homemade dressing and shaved Parmesan! Had the sea bass special with risotto and finished it the next day for lunch! Homemade cheesecake! Run don't walk to dinner!

Great, freshly made food. The bread had just come out of the oven and was still warm. The food was obviously made from scratch and was very flavorful. We'll definitely be back!

Nice looking restaurant and decor and service was excellent but food was mediocre at best. All 4 of us agreed and it was across both appetizers and entrees. Caesar salad was basically inedible. Chicken Carciofi was dry and my wife had Branzino that was way overdone. Love the BYOB aspect, but food was below par.

Very prosaic overall. The appetizers of calamari, seared scallops (mushy and undercooked) and cheese/ olive (I've had better from a grocery store) platter were underwhelming and bland. The service was awful and the main entree of striped bass was palatable at best. I received a double expresso in a gigantic coffee mug; I guess a proper demitasse cup and saucer is beyond what one should expect from this hackneyed establishment.

Such a great meal and experience. The artichoke appetizer is out of this world, as well as the Mediterranean salad. We stopped in for a late lunch and had a chance to chat with the owner, wish them nothing but continued success!

Recommend : gnocchi della spiaggiaEdit: went back and the gnocchi seemed more manageable size (or maybe I just learned to bite them) and the salt level was perfect. Absolutely delicious. Portions seemed larger too. The shape and irregularity imply that they are homemade.Original review:A little salty and heavy but otherwise lovely. Gnocchi could be smaller - they definitely kept my mouth shut for a while since they were so large but the cook is excellent. Scallops are cooked well and the lump crab meat is delicious.Portions are not too big which is good since it is pretty heavyRestaurant is pretty

We decided to check out someplace new in Kennett for our wedding anniversary. I decided to order crab cakes and broccoli rabe thinking it was going to be a low-carb option for the evening. The crab cakes came out burnt. It was a while before our waitress came back, so I decided to give them a try, thinking maybe this is their style of cooking them. They were so full of breading with very little crab meat and completely dried out. I had eaten one & did tell the waitress when she finally came to check on us. She offered to make a fresh entree to take home, and I accepted. When she brought my to go dinner, she told me the owner himself had made them. I should have asked for a refund. They weren't burnt this time, but there was almost no crab meat in them. My 10 yr old daughter had one of my "owner-prepared" crab cakes, and she couldn't believe how little crab and how much breading there was. She loves crab cakes and said that they were terrible. I just had the other one, and I could not agree more. Extremely disappointing, and we will not be returning.
