The Korean bbq boneless wings are amazing. Yes they’re expensive but I think they’re worth it. I get the 8 piece with a side and drink and it’s a lot of food. The staff the first time I went was rude trying to charge us $1 for a packet of soy sauce. The second time we went the staff was really friendly.

If you're looking for somewhere like bb.q chicken or CM Chicken this isn't it. First red flag was the food came out way too fast. Korean fried chicken is supposed to take a while. Too much breading, and it was kinda mushy. Chicken was a little dry too. My guess is that this was sitting, and wasn't fried to order.

From their grand opening till now, I've been a loyal fan of their mouthwatering dishes! It's become my go-to spot, especially after a long day of shopping. There's something about their comforting meals that just hits the spot every time. And let me tell you, the staff? They're like family! Trust me, you won't regret making this your next dining destination.
They have fell off so bad it's sad to see, I asked for the wings to be fried again cause last time they were so soggy(even tho they're already double fried) the cashier says no they won't be soggy. Chileeeee they were so soggy, I'm so upset. I literally ate them in the mall so there's no excuse about them being soggy from traveling, I just don't think they're fried correctly.

I can't order on the website, keeps saying username or email incorrect. I registered as a guest, and I tried to log on through my Google account. Called the store and the associate teenager just wanted me off the phone and the manager wouldn't even take the phone. Told me I had to order online 24hrs in advance. They don't take orders over the phone and I can't come in person with large order. I called back after trouble with system and now no one answers the phone! This is putting a bad taste in my mouth before I even taste the food! I'm irritated! I hate when I spend my money and get no customer service. At this point, after thier escape room adventure; I will take my teenager, her 11 friends and myself to Popeyes! 20 minutes later, website still not working, still no answer on phone. Definitely lost my 300 dollar order. Popeyes for sure. It's right next door folks.

They have really meaty and tasty wings. There are a variety of sauces to choose from, but I can't remember the one I selected. Even so, I was not disappointed.

This was my first time visiting Bonchon at the KOP mall. I was clueless and did not know what to order, but the cashier was super friendly and suggested I order the 6 BBQ wing bundle with season fries and pork buns - YUM! Will definitely be coming back for my next shopping trip!
