Of course the food and service are always tops at Capital Grille. This time we did have a couple of unusual glitches. First we ordered a wine by the glass that was recommended by our waiter. It tasted like it had been opened for several days as it had a bite to it. The wine was replaced but we expected better to begin with from CG. Then with our meal we ordered the hash browns without the caviar. When the meal came, they brought mashed potatoes rather than hash browns. So now they had to prepare the hash browns which took so long we were already finished. Again, CG made good and didn't charge us for the hash browns that we took home, but would have preferred to eat them with our meal. Overall, it was still a top shelf meal and a great service experience. CG just seemed a little off their game this night.

We celebrated my son's birthday and the manager and servers made everything perfect! The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. We always have great meals and service at Capital Grille KOP!!

I had an amazing lemon drop martini at the bar. Then the hostess came to find us when our table was available. Our meal was excellent. I had the filet and it was prepared to perfection. Our waiter was attentive and very thoughtful. I would highly recommend.
This has turned into my favorite restaurant. The only disappointment I had last time was that we were seated at a table instead of a booth. Now I know to request a booth in the future.

Stopped in for lunch with the family. It’s what you’d expect from a fine dining restaurant. The decor is starting to look a little dated but classy nonetheless. Food and service were great.

Family of four. Food was excellent and the interior was very nicely decorate but a little noisy only because it was nicely crowded. We started with a strong Capital Cosmopolitan and Wedge with Blue Cheese and Smoked Bacon. It was odd bacon but good. Our mains were a Bone-In Ribeye 22 oz medium rare, a Sliced Filet Mignon with Cipollini Onions/ Wild Mushrooms/ Fig Essence, a Filet Mignon 10 oz medium well, and a Filet Mignon well done with Oscar All steaks were prepared exactly as ordered. The Oscar was so large we couldn't finish all the jumbo lump crab meat. Our sides were Roasted Wild Mushrooms, Creamed Spinach, and Sam's Mashed Potatoes. The mushrooms could've used more flavor. We had a bottle of Terrazas Altos Malbec red wine with our meal. For desert, we had Capital Grille Cheesecake and Flourless Chocolate Espresso Cake, and I still can't say which was more delicious. Our waiter, Farokh E, was excellent and made our experience perfect. Expensive but highly recommended.
I wana definitely give Hayden a shoutout because he was an amazing server and it was really a pleasure having him serve us. If you was someone with amazing hospitality ask for Hayden!!!

We love CG having visited over 10 different locations. Our dinner at the King of Prussia Capital Grille was close to the best we've had. Even in a busy night, our waiter took the time to make us feel welcome, get our order right: the steaks were prepared perfectly , attention was paid to accommodate a food sensitivity.
