The Melting Pot is one of my favorite restaurants so my husband took me for a birthday dinner. Our server Eddie was amazing, attentive, personable, and just added something extra special to the evening. I always recommend the melting pot to people and now if in the KOP area ask for Eddie to be your server if possible.

We love eating here but it is expensive. Great server today and great food. I wish they would lighten up the space instead of using dark floors, table, black clothes, and low lighting. It's old and going out of style. Explanations about process and what spices go with what foods and what would not work well would be helpful but all is on the menu including cooking time. For all you do yourself, they do clean up your mess.

We go to the Melting Pot for special occasions and get cheese and chocolate. It's very filling and now fruit and veggies than I'd eat any other way. They are very accommodating of special requests and the experience is always top notch.Vegetarian options: All the free shoppers are vegetarian. There are veg entree items too but I recommend sticking to cheese and chocolate. The veg entree can't compete. If you're vegan though, the veg entree is for you.

My daughter just recently left an amazing review about our night at the Melting Pot and I had to come on here and give another great one! We came here again for brunch for the first time and it had to have been the been the best service and food we’ve ever had!!! John once again made our experience 10x better. 2 times in a row of having amazing food recommended and great humor!! We have never had a server anywhere else that was this funny, attentive and great at their job. HUGE shoutout once again for making our day amazing!!

My boyfriend and I went here for our anniversary and it was nothing short of a wonderful experience. Our table was ready before we even arrived for our reservation. Our server John was the absolute best and gave us an absolute wonderful experience. Ask for John when you go !!

A few years ago, we had reservations at another restaurant. We got there in time and that restaurant wanted us to wait another 45 minutes. My wife called a fee places, and one was Melting Pot.On a busy Saturday, they accommodated our party of around 12 without hesitation. Ashley took care of us then.A few weeks later, my wife, daughter and I decided to go out for dinner and picked the Melting Pot. Ashley again. And again, exemplary service.Now, we go often enough they know us by name. Every single server we've had has been great, though we still request Ashley if available.There are some "off menu" options so ask about those - quite a few are better than what's on their menu. And definitely ask which sauces or mixes of sauces they recommend - they know their stuff!It can be a bit pricey, but it's very much worth it.

The food was absolutely amazing. It doesnt seem like a lot but it gets you ful!!! I had the surf and turf.. we had a lot of add ons. The crackers wit fig jelly and spicy mustard ooohhh I wanted to take some home. Our server Steven was funny prompt and nice! I will be requesting him when I go back. The prices are good but it adds up so be ready to spend a pretty dollar. This was my first time at the new kop location it is bigger not as intimate. They allow emotional support dogs, I absolutely do not like that! The same woman that had the dog stopped at the bar to blow her nose. Just disgusting. get rid of the dogs around food. Otherwise had an amazing time
