Cierra was such a kind, attentive server. We all loved the brunch menu and coffee/drink offerings, and it was comfortable to stay for a nice, long visit on a weekend morning.

Worst food I have ever had. This place has tasteless food with high prices. . I have been to restaurants serving delicious health conscious food but this place is nowhere close to it.

Great choice for diners who want an elevated experience and a menu with interesting choices. The restaurant is open and spacious, and the choices are interesting. Even their guacamole has a twist that takes it next level! Wonderful meal, great service, and will definitely be back!

Sue was a great server!! She was super prompt and attentive. The menu was straight forward and had delicious and diverse options for food diets, which was great for my gluten allergy. There was a GF key lime tart for dessert!! And the noodles were fantastic.Dietary restrictions: Gluten

Had a really good visit at this restaurant. Very good options. I had the smoke salmon toast. It was good. They have really good drinks too. Try them out.

For health/safety reasons, I wanted to share an unfortunate experience at True Food Kitchen in KOP. Upon receiving raw (not “rare” but raw) steak, I asked if the meat could be cooked for another minute or two. I was told it was intended to be cooked that way, and I could purchase an additional steak if I wanted it to be cooked more thoroughly. For such a high meal price, I was hoping for a little more care and attention to be paid towards the safety of the food.

I ordered the tuna poke. My dinner was the worst. The bowl was not even half full and the quantity of tuna was very skimpy. They were out of the steak I wanted and out of the flourless chocolate cake too. Not to mention the acoustics of the restaurant are horrible. 3 out of 6 of us enjoyed our meals. Probably will never go back there again. As a follow up.I spoke to the manager and he apologized and said he would send a gift card.

True Food Kitchen! So much happiness we had and felt through food and service here. The details- Me and my BFF meet every few months to catch up in KOP, as a hallway meeting point. Shook things up and decided on a new place to try- True Kitchen. My BFF, honestly (I love you girl) is picky. Like, pull a menu item apart to customize picky. So was a bit worried about True Kitchens eclectic menu for her- But NO, it was perfect!!! So we met for a late lunch- 3pm. The restaurant is very open, clean, contemporary. That was likely the only critique- not of their fault, is that the restaurant design leads to a lot of noise when full. So for drinks I had a grapefruit spritzer and she had the pink lemonade. Grapefruit- real juice, yes! The pink lemonade- tasty and literally the most social media worthy beautifully colored drink. Food- the cauliflower and brussel sprouts appetizers. The tahini dressing for the cauliflower, perfect, lightly tossed and roasted exactly right. Same to note of the Brussels. My girlfriend then ordered the bison pizza- But without the sauce and an over hard egg on top. 100% accommodated and she was pleased! I was in the mood for tuna. Originally was thinking the tuna poke bowl, but our server (can wait to talk about HER next!!) advised the tuna lettuce wraps if I was really looking for the tuna experience. So I ordered. Melt-in-your-mouth, saucy and crunchy!! That special crunch dust was unforgettable! We had to take leftovers, but were happy to experience again later. We got the check and were delighted to see a menu card was incorporated. What a fun take away. Last part of review now- to the best part. Our server!! She MUST be called out by name- Cierra. Cierra, you deserve a promotion, a leadership role, a dynamite gold star. She was wonderful! I kid you not, one of The Best service experiences ever had. She was attentive, exceptionally polite, conversational and smiled so warmly. My BFF and I get into our meet ups and become "those" customers, lololol stealing a table for 3 hours. Cierra just made us feel like we were sitting at our kitchen table and enjoying life together. We were encouraged to stay and have fun. This was the best part of our experience with True, to spend our day together and meet a server who was joyful and food that was beautiful. Thank you True- this will become our regular KOP meet up spot now!!!

my husband and I love this place. the food is always fresh and the fresh juices are just cherry on top. Today we ordered tuna wraps for appetizer with other entrees and they definitely satisfied our palette. To top the whole experience our server Cierra found out that it was my birthday and she complemented us with our dessert and candle on top. Little personalizations is what makes us keep coming back.

True Food Kitchen made our first date unforgettable with their exceptional service and amazing vegetarian dishes. They honored our request for a quiet, intimate setting and even added a special touch to celebrate our occasion. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, perfectly complementing the warm and attentive service. It was an evening that exceeded all expectations, setting a memorable start to our journey together.

True Food Kitchen is our favorite local restaurant for so many reasons! First and foremost, not just taste, but ingredient quality. Eating organic grass-fed meat & eggs is something that's important to us, but that's hard to find on local restaurant menus - we actually first heard about True Food when we were looking for a place that might have organic/grass-fed burgers, and were thrilled to find it! And although we do love their burgers, which are bursting with flavor, I must say that everything we've tried has been wonderful. There are lots of great vegetarian options too - we always love their soups, and their new spring Thai peanut noodle dish is a fabulous flavor combo that I'll definitely order again! We also adore their desserts, especially the spiced apple crumble. (The only thing I haven't absolutely loved at TFK is, I've had two dishes that include rice, and both times the rice was on the chewier side which is a texture I don't love for rice - even though everything else about the dishes was wonderful.) Secondly, the service is absolutely top-notch. We've been going to True Food for a few years, and the waitstaff has without fail been friendly and offered prompt service, but we now always ask to be seated in Ericka's section - we love her! Ericka is such a sweet and sunshiney person who always makes you feel so welcome. Even though we're only at True Food every couple of months, we were stunned that after we sat in her section once, she remembered us the second time we showed up - we thought that was so lovely! If she's on that day, definitely ask to be seated in her section :) We also really like the space - it's a neat open-plan concept where you can see the kitchen, and has fun industrial touches like the big metal ducts running along the ceiling. Please note it can get a little loud at peak hours, but that's true for just about every restaurant! We absolutely love True Food and are so happy we found it.

Such a rip off!!! $8 to add steak and it was literally 1 slice of oily meat slice into 4 tiny pieces and call that added steak. Also the salad itself was just a bunch of raw veggies thrown into a small bowl. So i got another salad - covered in some gross dressing. Menu sounds great then it's a massive disappointment and waste of money. So many competitors do much much better than this. It always empty for a reason
