We hosted our son's and daught in law's baby shower here a couple of weeks ago and cannot speak highly enough about how Katherine and the staff and venue performed. They were outstanding. It was a coed event of 70+ adults and children. Food was great. The large room lent itself to casual decorating and a lot of mingling. Staff and bar service were attentive. Five stars all around.

Irishman burger (burger on pretzel roll with sauerkraut) was pretty good, and the fries were excellent. Food came out pretty quickly. My only complaint was that it was expensive for what it was. Burger and fries came to $22 with tax and tip for lunch.Convenient ordering from your phone. Overall a good experience.

We stopped here on the way back home from Philadelphia this past weekend. The place is pretty and very large, Ill give it that. My peach seltzer was very reminiscent of floor cleaner. My boyfriends Hazy IPA was so bad he couldn't finish it. It 8 years together, he has never left a beer unfinished. Also, I couldn't find any ABV info for any of the beers. Not online, not on the board in the brewery. Nowhere. There were more kids under the age of 6 running around here then there were adults to watch them. For us being childless, it really just didn't vibe with what we are going for when we want to relax and have some drinks on a quiet Sunday.

Went here with a group of friends a few weeks ago on a Saturday. This place was basically a Chuck E Cheese that served beer. I'm not against children being in breweries, but when the children are completely out of control, its necessary for management to step in. If you are looking for a place to unwind, don't come here. The noise in there was so loud, we couldn't even hear the person next to us. It was just screaming and crying kids. At one point, a little girl ran up to our table and tried to pick up our beer and food while the parents laughed from across the room. She then ran back to their table, picked up a glass, and smashed it on the floor. In another area of the brewery was some kind of party, where kids were running around. They had baloons and goody bags. It was bizarre to see a birthday party at a brewery, and didn't seem appropriate. The beer and food were amazing and came out really quickly, but that was the only good part of the experience. The worst part? That was the staff member who glared at us to try to get us to switch tables. About two hours after we arrived, he started to block off the side room that we were in since it was being closed for a private party. We expected someone to come over and let us know that at a certain time the room was booked and that they could move us to another table elsewhere. Instead, a staff member stood there and stared at us. There were 12 of us and at this point we had spent well over $700. It didn't seem righ that a staff member handled it this way. He just made us uncomfortable in the hopes that we would leave. We went there with high expectations and were incredibly disappointed. We won't be going back.

If you’re making a trip to IKEA, definitely check out this place!Seat yourself, order on your phone, and keep your tab open for some awesome brews! The nitro IPA was superb!I’m not really used to the digital ordering, but it was definitely appreciated considering how busy it was.The food was good, just a little pricey. But we’re on the outskirts of PHI so that’s to be expected. We’ll definitely be venturing back here if we’re in the area.

We had our engagement party at Workhorse this past week and everything was AMAZING. All of our guests raved about the environment and the food! The staff were so accommodating and made the day super easy. Would definitely recommend having events at Workhorse.

Horrible food.

Great atmosphere and beer. This place always has people in it and most likely due to the previous sentence. Three time and haven't been disappointed.

It's a warehouse turned brewery. Not the best vibes. Bartenders are nice enough. IMHO they make lousy beers.

A little torn on this one. Been there twice in past few months. First visit was great in all respects. The space, service, food, entire experience was great. We even complimented our server on how good the food was and chatted with her briefly about the brewery and the kitchen. Had a nice time sitting both outside and inside. Expecting a similar experience I later stopped in for an early dinner when passing through the area. Made my standard brewpub appetizer order of a soft pretzel with cheese sauce and and then nachos. What a disappointment! The pretzel was cold and stale, like it had been sitting for quite a while. The chips in the nachos were similarly stale and soggy like they had been sitting for a while. This was all very strange since the food came out quickly. I couldn't help but wonder if these dishes had been pre-made and were sitting waiting for orders to catch up to supply. A manager happened by my table and asked how everything was. I politely let him know, but he didn't seem that concerned and just said he'd let the kitchen know. So, batting 50% isn't so good. I'll probably give them the benefit of the doubt and stop in again sometime to just order a sandwich and a beer to confirm one way or the other...
