Tried to order the $12 any crust, up to 10 toppings deal. I ordered w 4 toppings. I added for the total,he said $23. I was like,what? He told me I was only allowed 1 topping. I said no,the ad says up to 10. The guy was totally obnoxious and I felt like I was having a conversation w his entire family. He kept talking w others while I was trying to place my order. The 2 other times I ordered from there it was disgusting. First time was a melt and everything was completely raw. The second time the pizza was cold and appeared to be old...like a leftover one from the day before. I figured I'd give it one last shot. Three strike rule. I'm done w these unprofessional "pretend to be cooks". If I could rate it at zero,I would. Trying to charge $23 for a $12 pizza which is what their ad says online... rip-offs and then arguing w me about it.???

First and definitely last time ordering here. It's been awhile and per the website there was a deal on a large pan pizza, GREAT. $12.99, perfect price. Get there to pick up the order and somehow we've reached $30 and some change.. You TRY to ask questions and even show the ad that inspired you to order in the first place.. but can't make out a single word anyone is saying and then to be mocked in another language!? Done. Tried to go home and make sense of the prices from the website and basically this location is just charging whatever they want.. Prices don't add up from the website to what is being charged. Contacted corporate who is forwarding complaint to 'store leadership' Way to go pizza hut.. beyond disappointed.

Horrible, order pizza and bread sticks online. Bread sticks are burnt and had no butter or cheese also missing sauce. Pizza is burnt. They give you small cups of sauce for 12 bread sticks. This place is ran like a joke. They want you to pay for anything. Hazleton gives larger cups of sauce and much better service. They complained that it’s my fault when I wanted it remade cause the food was not fit for human consumption. Not worth spending your money on this. Pan Pizza is now an up charge for premium. It’s not Pizza Hut as we use to know it should be scam hut.

When ordering there's no excitement or anything. Prices are way too expensive. I paid $32 dollars for a large pie and 2 liter soda. The pizza was dry and cheese was cold. Never again ?
Ordered the hot honey pepperoni pizza. First off. The young lady at the counter seemed co fised when I asked for it. I verified that it's the pizza your company is now advertising as a signature item. Ended up getting a double pepperoni pizza..... don't wast your time. If I wanted a regular pepperoni pizza would just go to Angelo's.

First time having Pizza Hut in 30 years. My wife wanted the meat lovers pan pizza which was fine. But the hot honey boneless bites were really bad. They were all spice and no flavor and they gave me a headache from how hot they were. I would avoid the hot honey bites for sure.

I lost my wallet there and staff went out of their way to check the parking lot and retrieve it. Food was also good and prepared quickly.
