I drove up through the drive-thru to get a coffee and it was cold. I had to go in and ask them to warm it up I don't know what happened and why they served it to me that way. But I shouldn't have to get out of my car to ask them to give me a hot coffee at their prices. The girl through the drive in was very nice

My husband and I have been to the Kingston Starbucks location a few times and we're always disappointed, so yesterday's visit will be our last. When they got our order wrong yesterday, my husband asked them to remake my coffee and they did, but they made it exactly the same way with attitude! I called the store to speak to the manager about it and she had an attitude too and basically told me that was the way they made that type of coffee (regardless of how a customer orders it, apparently). I don't mind paying for a good cup of coffee, but I would like to get it the way I want it!

The worst Starbucks service I've experienced. I purchase a medium size coffee to ease my start, which came with a defective lid "again"that pops right off making a mess and ofcourse no napkings provided to help clean the mess in my car. Wait..It must be the no tip they forcefully "choose" to put in your face before providing the service, hoping you accidentally push $5 due to the sun's glare on the screen . Coincidentally only the largest cups are easily accessible without making a huge mess in your car. I'm paying top dollar for low-end service here. The 2 stars are for , the Latin girl and the groovy dude with the 80's look..

Typical Starbucks so coffee good. Service terrible. Only one in line and waited there for 3 minutes with not even a hello. There drive thru line is backed up so in store customers don’t get time of day. Management needs to have more workers prolly. Go to another Starbucks even if further away.

Always pay to add caramel crunch to my drink but never ever get it. Whether it be through the app or in the drive thru. Will not be going back. Started buying what I need to make similar items at home. Thanks for saving me time and money.

Usually have a good experience here besides long wait times but today I wanted to try to sugar cookie latte, iced and a venti, when I got to the window the drink as pictured is light colored but when handed to me it was dark brown and I mentioned this is not the drink and the woman at the window stated it’s “because of almond milk”. She said she’ll get it remade for me but you can tell by taste and color still and it took her a few seconds to “make it”, all they did was add more creamer. The drink was terrible but didn’t have time to come in and get a new drink unfortunately. Waste of money today.

Gave me the wrong drink after I waited for 45 minutes. They do this every time. Their service isn’t anything to write home about, and when I ask for my drink Hot that doesn’t mean put ice in it.

I still enjoy a steaming cup of Starbucks dark roast, but Starbucks is increasingly drifting away from its roots. They are now more focused on kitschy concoctions than on being a roastery serving quality coffees from various parts of the globe. Baristas are typically pleasant and helpful, but counter service is slow.
