Don’t get the chicken parm. Worst red sauce ever.
Ordered basket of pretzels as an appetizer. They never came. When main course arrived, we mentioned it. So a few minutes later ONE pretzel was delivered, not a basket.
Guessing understaffed (who isn’t these days) since we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated and the restaurant wasn’t even half full.
Won’t be going back for awhile.

Yuck! Our fries were somehow both burnt (dark dark brown bordering on black) and soggy, probably from sitting somewhere in the kitchen rather than being cooked to order. There was buffalo sauce on my pickle flatbread for some reason. Every single items lacked seasoning of any kind. The place is dark and outdated, with dirty everything- carpets, tables, windows… The sole redeeming quality was that the server we had was nice enough, if a little rushed.

This place is amazing, great food, great service ask for Sarah! I got the bacon ? and jam flat bread jalapeño stuff shrimp , Cajun pasta (which was Divine a 10 outta 10 all day) and also the hot honey wings!! Definitely will be back!!!

I got the top sirloin dinner. The steak was overcooked and very chewy. I got a potato that was ok. Zucchini fries also just OK. Spent $31 for an extremely bland and chewy dinner would not recommend might be better for other meals not sure.

I used to love Rachel's. Unfortunately we've been disappointed twice going in with groups for the $1 wings and then it not being offered. A few months ago we went to the Butler location with a group and they said they don't offer the specials at that location. Tonight we went to the kittaning location and they said they didn't get their shipment of chicken wings. I don't know what it's true but it was enough that we won't be back.

Our server was super sweet, brought us extra drinks before ours ran out, made sure we had everything we needed. The food was great for the price, loved the decor! Definitely recommend!Kid-friendliness: Have a larger menu for kids than most other restaurants!
