I'm from Brooklyn so I know what's nasty so when I decided to finally eat arbys it was in P.A and I have come to conclusion that it's not only in n.y or Brooklyn all arbys restaurants are disgusting the minute I walked in the cashier had an attitude with the customer in front of me and then she had the nerve to grab the money with the same gloves that she handle the food with not cute and the rest room OooOoo Lord talk about port authority days of rush hour NASTY NOPE NOPE NOPE ...NEVER EVER AGAIN I'LL CONTINUE TO STICK WITH CRACKLE BARREL

The food was fine, the service was awful! The guy that works there with the glasses and beard has a horrible customer service attitude. Actually slammed the drive thru window shut on us. I will be contacting the corporate office regarding him.
