Monte Cristo was basically ham lunch meat with Swiss cheese on panini and cooked in a panini maker. Roast beef sandwich....again lunch meat grilled and tossed on stale rolls. Served with bag of chips. Ginger ale had run out of syrup. Waiter didn't know anything about history of building. Probably should have gone upstairs to cock and bull instead.
Extremely disappointing.My fiancée and I were very disheartened by our experience here. This place holds good memories as we first became a couple at this bar. We were in the area and decided to pop in for lunch however, the experience has left a bad taste. My fiancée ordered soup and a salad. The soup was barely warm and both had no flavor. I ordered a brisket sandwich which I was told was premade. It had no flavor either until I got to the horseradish which tasted like it...read full review

Very disappointing. Food was terrible. Expected so much more from Peddlers Village. No substitutions were allowed as everything was prepackaged from the Cock n Bull restaurant above. I know that I will not go to the Cock n Bull now either. I ordered the loaf burger and it came half cold. No fries with meal, just a bag of chips. The rest of my party barely touched the food as it was inedible.
