Was told we had to make a reservation so we did for 6:30 pm. This was a Friday but when we got there, there was only one other table occupied. We waited almost an hour and received very little attention from wait staff. This place is a joke! Save your money and your time.

I was not expecting this place to literally be a standing burger joint. I had recommended the Strand room to a friend, but she ended up here by mistake. She sent me photos from her trip and I was so confused.

Live near Avonia Tavern but they ignored me when I walked in, so I remembered a coworker talking about Mike’s so I figure it was as good a time as any to try them... I am glad I did and I will be back
The worst service of my life! I made reservations and got there and was told “ people have stayed longer than expected so we cannot serve you.” No offer to wait for a little while and get a table in a reasonable amount of time or anything. Completely ruined a very rare night with our family out. Couldn’t get in anywhere else. HORRIBLE!
