Our recent visit was extra special! Our server, Rashan, was incredibly friendly and efficient. To my surprise, we were treated with a delightful bonus that made the already delicious pretzel rolls even better. Elani rocks! The peeps at Auntie Anne's really know how to take care of their customers. Auntie Anne's always hits the spot when we're craving a warm, buttery, and satisfying pretzel. Thanks for the memorable snack!

I had went over to the Auntie Anne’s in the upper level, and had asked the lady who was at the register if there was any deals like, buy 3 get 1 free, things like that. The lady said “we currently have a buy 4 get 1 free deal”. I said okay, i’d take that deal but with their Almond pretzels. And the lady had proceeded to tell me “No”. And that the deal was only on your plain salted pretzels, which to me doesn’t make sense because in the past I had been to this same location and they had no problem with it, but today I feel like she was just too lazy to make them because there was only one left. The other employees were just standing in the kitchen and talking to one another. I’m sorry, but this is crazy. Please try to fix this and do better, at least make a sign telling your deals and what you could take with them.

Lower food court location- 10 minutes before closing I wanted a regular pretzel. When I walked up, no one seemed to pay attention to me, so I asked if they are closed. He said they close in 9 minutes. I then asked about a regular pretzel but he said they already took them out because they are basically closed. They had a whole bunch of pretzel nugget cups still in the case. Makes no sense... he told me they close in 9 minutes, then proceeds to tell me they are basically closed.. Auntie Anne's, you can do better.

Had a reward for 20% in the app. Tried to redeem it at the upper store. They could not get to work. Told him that it will expire in 9min and asked them what am I supposed to do with now. The manager told me that he doesn’t handle the app.These people represent Auntie Anne’s but don’t want to accept their rewards? What is this Subway? GTO!Ever since Focus Brands bought them, the brand went to sheet.
Trash customer service. They have no way of keeping track of orders so you better stand next to the counter and make sure you get your order.

Horrible customer service made me wait 15 minutes for a pickup order and I got so frustrated with it I just left they were more interested in making dough then bagging my order another time I went there and bought $30 worth of stuff and was treated like an imbecile because I wanted a dragon fruit lemonade and they didn't know what I was talking about I kept pointing at it at the menu and saying I want that but they didn't understand it was ridiculous never ever going back never ever picking up orders here again

This is for the lower level in food court. Went there today and there was a line of people. One of the employees very rudely told us to form the line a different way. We formed it exactly how she told us to and yet the whole time I was in line she was yelling and cursing and making fun of customers and how stupid we were for not knowing how to form a line. Clearly there was no management there because I don’t see how anyone could allow such nasty behavior. I had little kids with me and they had to witness this disgusting behavior as well. Thankfully she was not the one who served me and our cashier was super sweet and apologetic. Please Auntie Anne’s take out the trash and get some decent employees.

Park City Lower Level. Employee was rude, obnoxious, and muttered that I was a b----- for politely requesting a discount I was entitled to. She said she had a problem with me. The manager was there and didn't act on it. I am letting everyone know about the poor customer service.
