Worst service I've ever gotten. They have no idea what they're doing. They walk on the countertops with their dirty shoes and didn't even give me my drink after serving the people two spots behind me. And then wondered why I wanted a refund. Awful service, even more awful attitude and cleanliness.

Delicious! Ordered the Starry Dream

PA Places

First time I ever had boba was out of a truck in New York, I got the coconut boba milk tea, and let me tell you. As soon as I came to this unassuming shop in the park city mall I got the most pleasant smack in the face of nostalgia ever. The staff is great, friendly and extremely polite and punctual. The tea was cold and creamy, boba wasn’t too mushy and wasn’t too hard, super refreshing for a walk through the mall. If the mall owners ever remove this vendor I would have no clue what to do, THIS IS ‘THE’ PLACE TO GO FOR BOBA (at least that I know of within southeast PA haha)

I come here at least once a week and my favorite to get is the espresso brown sugar milk latte with boba! The brown sugar is the best I’ve had from any other boba as it isn’t too sweet and mixes perfect with the milk.

Lovely boba! Idk why people are saying the boba doesn’t pop and is chewy is a problem because that is how original Asian boba is... Original Asian boba is chewy and shouldn’t pop ?Love the drinks!

WARNING! I ordered a taro boba tea here on sept. 17. 2020, and the tea was grainy, the boba was gummy textured and not burst in your mouth greatness. I am warning you now do not come here it costs 5$ for a small boba tea, and I don’t think I would ever say this but I would rather eat Sh¡t than drink this.

Passed this place many times in Park City mall before I decided to give them a try. Now I;m wondering why I waited so long! They recently moved to a new stand in the center of the mall with the cinnabon and auntie ann's stalls are, a much better location! They might have new owners too as the menu has changed (smaller and less intimidating now). I always see a few people in line which prompted me to give them a try. I didn't see my go to green milk tea on the menu so I asked and the woman said she could make me a custom green jasmine milk tea. It was wonderful! A medium is more than enough to get my bubble tea fill (the large lasted me 2 days) and the price is about what you'd pay at starbucks for a custom drink. The women working the stand are super nice and helpful if you're not familiar with the menu or bubble tea in general. They also offer cheese tea now, a must try if you've never had it. I'll be stopping by whenever I'm at the mall now for my tea fix!

Whenever we visit Park City Mall, we always make sure to stop at Buboo for a bubble tea. The workers are always friendly, the service is fast, and they'll take the time to explain their different products and flavors if you're unsure about something. We've purchased bubble teas at different East Asian restaurants and bubble tea houses, and Buboo is by far one of the best places. Plus, their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Buboo for bubble tea aficionados and newbies.
