Went through the drive through, you have to say hello for them to know someone is even there, was asked to wait. No, problem- after 7+ minutes, thinking they may have forgotten me I said hello again, kid said to continue to wait, I said I have been waiting - a girl shouted back "there were only two working and they had a lot of orders" and hung up the connection. Minute later boy came back on saying "ok Karen, what would you like?" My response was "did you just call me a Karen?" to which they laughed hysterically. I simply drove off-did not order but would not trust them anyway! Oh, there were only 2 cars in the parking lot!! Must say, beyond rude and never again will I go back.

We were at the drive thru approximately at 6:43 pm we paid for our food we ordered cheese whopper and large onion and we sat for 15 min and the food was cold and we will never come to that burger king ever again

Work around the city and Burger King on Millersville Pike is one of the places I go although the building is dated the people in there are not they give you great service and the food is good and always out on time all the workers Do a great job serving the community. Really hope that the corporate office will give these guys a brand new building because it’s such a good location and such a great people work there.

I placed an order on the app. When I arrived at the drive-thru, you could here joking and carrying on in the background and they advised me to pull around to the 2nd window. I sat at that window for approximately 2-3 minutes before they acknowledged I was there. When they did acknowledge I was there, they advised me to pull around to the front to wait for my food. Waited there for approximately 8-9 minutes. While waiting 2 vehicles that were behind me got their food and drove off. Okay so be it, whatever. However, I drive 3-4 minutes to get home. How is it that you wait approximately 10-12 minutes and get barely room temperature burger, luke warm wraps and mostly warm fries. I'll tell you how, playing around and not working. The quality of the food reflects the work effort the employees are putting in. Waiting 10-12 minutes, one would expect the food to be hot, or close to hot anyway. The sad thing is that the burgers are pre-made sitting there for them to just put the sandwiches together. When I worked fast food at that very location before it was a Burger King we actually made the burgers from frozen patties as the orders were placed and still got your food faster than you do these days. Also, common sense tells a person when giving out a take-out order at the drive-thru you put napkins in the bag.

The drive thru experience was very poor. The lady that took my order kept talking over me so she kept missing my order and ringing in the wrong items. She also kept talking to her coworkers and interrupting me while not listening. It was very aggravating. The fries are very soggy and undercooked, the burgers are cold and are missing items we asked for. The only good thing was the guy at the window was nice.

What's up with fast food chains these days? Got a whopper meal and had to pull over as they had issues. Isn't this a common item at BK? Then I get home after getting my meal and noticed I got some small kids meal burger, not anywhere close to a whopper. Submitted a claim with BK corp, way too many questions BTW and never got a reply back. The same with McDonalds, they just don't care like they used to. They know you will be coming back regardless. The one on Rohrerstown road is nicer and I never had issues there. I would assume it is a different franchise owner and it shows.

NEVER go here. The service is absolutely terrible. Used the T-Mobile Tuesday deal and ordered a couple whoppers, fries, and a shake. I put in the order as we pulled into the parking lot, we got to the drive through and were told they didn't have the order and that someone else already picked it up. There was no one else here. When I said I just put the order in they said they just don't have it. We saw a few people at the end of the parking lot that were employees and one was wearing a headset. The drive through person said hang on, then the one with the headset went inside and we were told they only have whoppers and nothing else on our order. We asked if we could get something else and were told they didn't have anything but whoppers. The workers just didn't seem to want to do ANYTHING. Lazy employees like this will sadly run the business into the ground. I personally am not even eating my whopper cause I'm worried they spit in it with the attitude we received.
