This place is off the beaten path, and not very upscale looking (if that's what you're looking for). However, if you're truly looking for authentic AMAZING Pho Beef, this is worth the stop. It's probably one of the best pho broths I've had. Will be back! Thank you!!!

We ordered Shrimp Spring Rolls but got Pork instead (we don’t eat pork) and they weren’t helpful and didn’t give a refund. Was a lost cause talking to them.

Tasty food and drink options. Enjoyed the pho and also the salted coffee. Very interesting. Friendly staff and quick service. Simple and clean dining room.

This place serves one of the best pho I've ever had in my life, on par or better than places I've been in PHL or NYC. The broth is super rich, compared to most other places which tend to be a little more watery or diluted. It tastes absolutely amazing. The restaurant itself is very small, located very discrete, and by no means is dressed extravagant or fancy. The food is just incredible though.

My favorite restaurant in Lancaster by far! It was a wildly authentic and delicious stop. Recommended by a local. I was in heaven.Fresh ingredients. Pho.... lovely! But the Hu Tieu Do Bien! Sweet mother! I've had dreams starring that dish. It is beef stew with rice noodles. The most delicious broth with beautifully seasoned and tender beef. I was the envy of the table. If you like coffee and dessert, get their Cafe Sua Da. Holy smokes! So rich and decadent. It's an iced coffee with condensed milk. Like someone gave you a liquid cake.

Walked in and walked right out. The restaurant is attached to a pool joint. The place was packed with people smoking. There is no wall separating the restaurant. So you get hit with the cigarette smell as soon as you walk into the restaurant. Normally I wouldn’t care, but not when I’m sitting down to have a meal. It’s a shame because I really wanted to try it.

Little hole in the wall Vietnamese restaurant with delicious food. I did read another reviewer’s post about the owners speaking in Vietnamese badly about the customers and I mean personally I didn’t hear them talking loudly or anything but it wouldn’t surprise me if that happened. The other reviewer was also correct though that after you sit, you get a menu and order (the Asian man came up to us) and then when you’re done you pay up front. You do have to stand there until they acknowledge you to even get your bill. Not sure how they do that and be that inattentive about it considering people easily could just walk out without paying lolI liked the staff and didn’t have a problem with any of them. They gave us our food pretty quickly. No complaints about this and do recommend trying it if you’re into hole in the wall type places!

As others have said, don’t be thrown by the location or the first impression when you walk in - this is great Vietnamese food. There is a pool hall on the left as you walk in with some guys smoking and quietly playing, but it’s separate from the dining area. On a rainy cold day, we were the only people there to dine-in for lunch while they did a brisk carry-out business. Our 3 year old and 5 year old split an order of meatball Pho - they loved it. We sat by the fish tank and they were entertained ?I had the vermicelli (it was great) and we also had the summer rolls (also great).Service was quick, the food was good, and we will definitely come back again.

Super friendly, reasonable prices. Delicious food. Maybe even best pho in Lancaster city. I love the pool hall next door. I love the sweet lady who takes our orders. I love how they make you feel like family when you come in. Anyone who writes a bad review about this place is only doing so because they wanted to go somewhere nice. This place isn't nice. It is delicious. The people running it are nice, but the place is not nice. When it comes to food I'll get delicious take out from a dive over eating somewhere nice any day of the week.

You'd hope you don't understand Vietnamese when you come to this restaurant bc their small talk (which can be heard when they're working in the kitchen when they're hollering at each other) is very loud & disrespectful. (I'm native Vietnamese and understand everything so...)They refer to their customers amongst themselves very rudely and get mad (amongst each other in the kitchen) when customers order more food when they're busy. We can hear you you know. They expect customers to pre-order before coming to the restaurant bc they can't make the food fast enough/there aren't ingredients available (which always happens). You have to order something classic like Pho, then they won't run out of food.Service seems unprofessional mostly because the waiters don't know much English. The server guy and younger lady basically "ran" away from customers talking mid-sentence. Vietnamese wife with American husband came in and the waiter only talked in Vietnamese with the wife, leaving the American husband staring.Lady checked if I tipped or not on my receipt. Servers won't come to check on you. You have to either call them over or come directly to the till. I was sitting for a while waiting for the bill, only to realize that they ignore me for a solid 45 minutes and had to come to the desk to pay.Awkward service. Not what you'd expect. The place is homey though. There are corners for you to sit at for personal space.I can get more food at the same price elsewhere. The food isn't bad though. They have above average flavor. The pho was more on the sweet side. Durian smoothie was good but ice wasn't completely blended/mostly ice compared to durian. Rice was the best imo.
