Went in an hour before they closed and they were out of everything. Which is an absolute lie. They stopped making things early so they could walk out early. There were a lot of people in line and like us most walked out.

Pretty bad experience here on 4/1/2024 around 2:15pm. I came in and the staff had short, rude attitudes. I was going to order chicken and noticed it was the bottom of the container with about 1.5 scoops left and the chicken looked dry and crispy. I asked if they had more chicken to which the woman stared at me before walking over to their side bin and saying yes. I then asked for chicken and asked for the fresh chicken from a moment ago, as they were at the point of having to replace it anyway. The worker completely ignored me and started scooping from the few remains of the old chicken, and when I asked again, she told me “it’s not old” while pushing my order down the line and completely disregarding me. The next worked also did nothing but ask me very shortly “what toppings do you want.” Both my burrito and bowl I ordered were extremely small and yet I was charged $25. My burrito was the size of a firestick remote. Give me a break. Not to mention every trash can was overflowing from the inside, on top, and all around. This isn’t the first time I/others I know have come into this chipotle and had a sub par experience. They need to do a better job at who they hire.

As a fan of Chipotle, we decided to stop here on our way home having never been at this location. Granted, we were there in the middle of the dinner rush, but that said, the service was just really slow. They were out of some of the sides, and the counter and work area was just really dirty And covered with slop and grime. When we went to find a place to sit, sit not one of the tables was acceptably clean, and there was all sorts of debris on the floor. The trash cans were full and overflowing. We will patronize Chipotle in the future, we will not , be patronizing the location on Fruitville Pike.

I usually don’t enjoy complaining, but this time really frustrated me. My husband went in for my online order where he then found out someone took my order off of the pick up shelf. The lady behind the counter had said a new one would be made for us (obviously not her fault someone took my food). As my husband is inside waiting I just keep seeing other people getting in and out of the building and wondering “are they really making my bowl”…. 20 minutes goes by and he finally walked out with my bowl. At this point I was already a bit flustered at the fact that this defeated the purpose of an online order. As I got home and was eating my bowl I felt a really hard piece and found almost like a bone from the chicken. I don’t really see myself going back to this location or even Chipotle at all. Every time i try to like Chipotle I’m reminded of why it’s just not as good as QDoba or Moe’s.

This is literally the slowest chipotle I ever been to in my life it’s almost like they move in slow motion on purpose. I’m standing in line writing this review wanting to jump across the counter and do it myself

It was absolutely filthy, drinks were out, food was out, food got mixed in bins. Trash and water all over the floor. Very messy and unorganized behind the counters. Cash register would not open either. Major allergy hazard.

Until recently, I’ve never had anything bad to say about this Chipotle. That is until I had a less than pleasant experience.Food is always good and the value is always appreciated. However, some tips when ordering :1. Never ask for double meat until they already put their regular amount of meat on first. Each employee will add meat on at different rates and if you ask for double right off the bat, it may not be as much as you were hoping for.2. Extra everything (except meat, queso, and guacamole) is always free. You can literally ask for as much cheese as you want.3. If you have multiple people in your party and want chips and queso, don’t even bother with the regular size. Get the large because the regular is the size for a child.As for my unpleasant experience - I was visiting and ordering a bowl and the young lady working in the back was interrupting the other lady taking my order to gossip and show her phone to. It was so bad to the extent that other employees were interjecting, telling her she should be working and apologizing to me for her behavior. When I went to get my drink it was out of ice and the girl scoffed and said oh well to me. The manager grabbed some ice from the back and was visibly upset with her employee. It wasn’t so much an experience towards me, it was the experience to see all this play out and then come back and see the same employee still there another time - still acting the same way.
