This place rocks! The employees are so friendly. The pizzas were fresh as could be. The salad bar was very fresh and vibrant. I would come out this way just for the experience again! The only qualms I had was that it was definitely cold inside and the arcade wasn’t open. I just tossed on my sweatshirt and I was all good. The arcade was an unfortunate but it’s not a deal breaker

It was horrible!! The workers seemed to care about there job. They were hustling. But the food was horrible and the location was bad. The place was dirty and depressing. The food was so gross and old. It was $30 for 3People. That is nuts!!

I cannot express how much I enjoyed coming here. Not just for the food. But the amazing service. I asked for two Bavarian pizzas to go today to take to a family member who absolutely loves it but doesn’t have a cicis near them. They prepared them and pat baked them so we could travel with them and still have them taste as fresh as in the store. Had the buffet the day before and it was great. Food was delicious and was clean and tidy. Can’t recommend this cicis enough.

Went to try the new wings. Buffalo Chix Pizza was good, the wings were temperature hot, sauce was basic, didn’t taste great, BC literally out of a jug & grossly overpriced. Cups are chipped. Pizzas were the highlight & they were fresh. None of the arcade games worked, lots of overpriced quarter toy machines were empty, greasy, dusty.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly but would avoid until games are fixed.
Nice, clean, and friendly service that took our bus load of hungry students without a problem. Loved the family friendly and Christian music they played and the extra arcade games they had to entertain kids.

MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR RECEIPT.!!!! My kids went there today their bill was 27.09 and the cashier decided to add a tip of 5.42 20% to their bill. Excuse me.... what exactly did you do for 5.42. Disgusting!!!! Will not be returning to such a place with dishonest people working there.
If you enjoy mediocre pizza and the same 3 songs on repeat then this is the place for you. I asked for the station to be changed or just shut off n that apparently was impossible. Won't every be back.

Clean and friendly staff. The bathrooms were nice and clean. Food was replenished fast. It was not busy at all on a Tuesday dinner time. The taste though. Why do they all taste the same? The brownies don't taste like anything either. Idk I was sad. I use to go to Cici's a lot before they closed in Wisconsin and I was very much looking forward to this but was very sad once I started eating it ? $44 for 3 adults, 1 toddler and drinks.
