I’ve sat near the Cinnabon for 35mins and watched the works. There was 4 works on and one was Hispanic. It seemed like the Hispanic guy was doing all the work while the Caucasians sat around and watched him. I felt bad for the Hispanic guy with the glasses he was working so hard he needs a promotion or a raise.

The line here is always extremely long and I can see why. It's not even just about people obsessed with wanting cinnamon roll. The girl behind the counter was so excessively slow it was insane. I was in line for at least a good 20 minutes and there was only six people in front of me. A blind snail could put cinnamon rolls in a box quicker. When I got to the front of the line I asked for a box of four. I didn't know that you weren't allowed to get the freshly made ones behind the glass. She kept directing me towards the ones They had in the box already and I kept saying can I get the ones that are already out and it's like she didn't even hear my question. I finally got so irritated I just said just give me them all separate because I was holding up the line and she was so slow. $22 for 3 cinnamon rolls and one bottle of water for my husband and I to share. It's way overpriced. Ridiculous. All that and it didn't even taste that great, I don't care for the type of icing they use. I've had better cinnamon rolls out of a can. I won't be coming back again. Also, if you want to know their prices, it's best to look it up on their menu online. They have the menu on a TV screen behind the counter but the font is so thin and so small that you can barely read it even when you're standing at the counter let alone if you're standing back in line. I feel like that's done on purpose.

The food is worth the price! While cinnabon can be expensive, the quality of the food covers for it. There are different desserts available all containing cinnamon buns in some form. The only flaw is that ordering and receiving items can take some time.

So i wait In line for about 20 minutes and get to the front of the line and try to order 6 pack of classic roll the lady told me they don’t have any now I ask how long till u will have some she responded was not today at all. I don’t understand u have in on ur menu board then take it off or put a size I seen multi people say the same thing this isn’t the first time I heard of this but I heard. They’re willing to sell ur 6 single for more money. Just think it bad business wasting people time waiting in line to find out u don’t have any and the oven are full.

I wanted a classic bun but was told it would be 20-25 minutes so I ask for 2 mini buns for $10.58. What a waste of money! Dry, hard, cold and hardly any icing on top and only 2 bites to each one! Definitely will not be back! Everyone around me had “Auntie Anne” pretzel bags with them! I know where I’ll go the next time!!

As a lifelong resident of Lancaster I’ve been to Park City scores of times. Cinnabon always seemed busy, coffee smelled good and their baked goods looked scrumptious. Never tried anything . . . until recently. Ordered a sleeve of the small cinnamon rolls. They were very dry, seemed stale, days old ? so we were glad we had coffee to wash it down. Unfortunately coffee was weak, watery and didn’t finish it. What a waste of about $10. That’s it for me at Cinnabon.

Can't say what customer service was like cause someone else went in to get it for me, but as far as the the cinnabon he purchased it was ok. No hype over it but it was decent. Not sure if I'd pay $7 again though. Will have to try something else from there next time..

Absolutely ridiculous staff here are completely rude unprofessional and completely ignorant to their customers they honestly need to get new management because everyone that works there is rude and disrespectful and childish never encountered so many rude people in my life ?

Absolutely disgusting I ordered a classic roll and the girl on the register with orange hair did not want to take my order and I went back because I found an orange hair in the Cinnabon. As I was telling the girl she rolled her eyes and said I spit in there what kind of people do they have working there will never come back absolutely ridiculous.

Shame this is the only one in lancaster. Stopped by here because I had a coupon for bonbites and I was told they didn't have them made, I had already redeemed the coupon and only had 5 minutes to order them, instead of honoring my coupon and just giving me a regular cinnabon or something the dude kept telling me to apply to work there. They usually tend to not have much of anything made honestly, just a waste of space. If you have coupons just save yourself the hassle.

If you are a chocolate chip cookie lover......try their Cinnabon inside of a chocolate chip cookie. It's delicious. I never had this and I had to buy another one again.

Staff is beyond rude. We tried twice to redeem our reward points. Both times the staff treated us like we didn’t deserve their time. Loyalty programs from other coffee shops and restaurants are easy to use. And they treat you like valued patrons. Cinnabon at Park City is the exact opposite. If you have a reward to redeem, you’re treated like dirt. Never planning to return, much less use the loyalty program.

Exactly what you'd expect, that fresh out of the oven taste!

Was leaving the mall, there was a line of 2 people in front of us and the one lady working there rudely yelled “we’re closed” and waved her arm at us while rolling her eyes. They still had several Cinnabons sitting out so not sure why we couldn’t buy one?
