First the place was -20 degrees. Then one of the workers was cleaning the counter on a chair in the line so as you walk by her cheeks were in ur face like bro really??? And then she proceeded to dig in her pants with both her hands and didnt wash her hands and then continued to clean the counter. The chicken was like bubble gum and my fork broke almost causing an eye injury. Dont recommend

Flavorful, diverse, fresh, fast cuisine with friendly service!! Healthy beverages - no fountain soda. Plenty of vegan options. Tofu as protein and well-labeled dressings (most are vegan!). Great music too - not too loud either.Vegetarian options: Vegan dressings & tofuParking: Go around behind Starbucks to avoid obnoxious Chick-fil-A traffic. Traffic at Belmont is nuts.

I loved this place the first time I went, but I ordered online this time and my steak was cold and rare and the blood was running all over the bowl.

It was the first time here for my wife and I. I wanted vegetarian food and thought perhaps I could make it a regular stop. My wife had BBQ Ranch Chicken, which she enjoyed. I had the Sriracha Ginger Tofu Grain. It was dry fresh kale overload with very little dressing, or quinoa, a few bland tofu cubes and some shredded carrots and other vegetables. I added tomatoes. I had to take it home and doctor it up to be able to eat it. I was so disappointed.

Usually a decent place to grab a rice bowl or salad but now with CAVA right down the road I think they're feeling the pressure. Stopped in last night after my husband was craving a rice bowl and I wanted a salad. Decided to try their new Italian Classic Bowl and what I got was a sad bowl with maybe 6 pieces of lettuce, 3 small "roasted" tomatoes and a small scoop of chicken, minimal toppings. They ran out of onions and peppers, a main part of that bowl, asked what I wanted to substitute so I said a few pickled red onions thinking ok I'll just have a reg Italian salad now, only to have it doused in red onion. Husband got the chicken ranch bowl and his portions were skimpy as well. Asked for extra avocado and a side of mac and cheese twice before we were able to get them and overall service seemed slower than usual. Not sure if our person was new or what was going on. Other customers looked like they had larger portions than we did so maybe it just depends on who makes the entree? For $28 for 2 reg bowls, side of mac and cheese and a drink, it felt way over priced for the portions we got. I left hungry and went next door to Jersey Mikes for a sub after. Might be taking a break from here for the foreseeable future and just make our salads at home.

Food was good, and seemed fresh, had the Korean BBQ bowl. Taste was enjoyable. Egg had grill soot all over it.Staff was friendly and prompt. Smoothie (green) was delicious.Atmosphere was modern and interesting. Tables needed cleaned and all floors were super sticky.

Super bland fast food, but they charge cafe prices. I should have known better than to order Asian food from anywhere other than an Asian restaurant. Ethnic ingredients were improperly prepared, etc. I definitely should have known better, I got a terrible meal that I was overcharged for, and I won't be back. I'm sure this is a good place for people who are following specific diets, but for a lunch spot, I was not wowed at all.

This is always a go to for a healthy green meal. Do not skip on the bone broth beef soup this winter it is so yummy.
