Waited nearly 10 min. to be seated in a near empty dining room. Ordered coffee..." Sorry out of coffee , we have tea and decaf." No thanks!! I then tried to order THREE different entries " sorry we are out of that" three times!!! Well that will be the last time I walk out of a cracker barrel. So sad.

Ordered delivery all our food was cold absolutely disgusting my chicken in my dumplings looked like pureed baby food and had to heat up grilled cheese in microwave to melt cheese all I got was a 5$ refund and 89$ is what I spent what a rip off and now I have to round up 5 kids leave my hotel and go get food the reason for ordering in was to avoid dragging kids back out now I'm 89$ less and still have to spend more money

Normally this location is fabulous. However this visit the food was cold, the waitress was more interested in flirting with a customer (or her boyfriend??) who was sitting at the table next to us and we were pretty much ignored. Sad part was that there were 2 of their managers sitting at another table near us and nothing was said to the waitress (to stop talking to the one guy and wait on tables).
